These Toll Bros homes, here is what you can't afford. We give you the base price, but this home we won't tell you the price. The home struck me as too busy with stuff used to decorate the interior.
Lovely “model” home. Would prefer to see on without so many upgrades. Also would have preferred to hear more on the details of what DOES come with the home (you usually do better with that). I agree with another comment, this should have been a voice over narration.

I love the detail of the home. On point on how they use the wood color scheme. Never mind the guy coughing, it’s the plane I heard outside that turned me off. I like me some peace and quiet if you know what I mean 👍🏽🤙🏽

All these new builds with Vegas slowing down from COVID. Any concerns that property values will collapse?
What concerns me the most is those buyers who will get their house appraised during the time when house values drops due to potential housing crisis next year. If they purchase a home this month and building to be completed on may, appraisal comes $60k below market value, buyers will have to pay that $60k out of pocket.
What's a ballpark price on what this unit would cost as shown? Thanks for your work!
I like the house I like the layout and that stove... I want one of those in my house especially because oven in my house doesn't work stovetop works great oven not at all. And I would definitely make that office into another bedroom I give it a thumb 👍
