Welcome back to your digital home! Today, we’re taking a look under the MCU’s hood. By this we mean some deleted scenes. But not just any scenes left on the cutting-room floor. In particular, scenes that were a tad too “adult” for Disney’s taste. Meaning scenes with excess ruckus and innuendo. All of that may have been inapprops for the House of Mouse. Disney didn’t officially start distributing Marvel films until 2012’s Avengers film. So, the majority of our list is from there onwards. However, we did include a couple pre-Disney. As they were too good for us to leave on the cutting-room floor also.
All fans love deleted scenes from their franchise. Just look at all the attention THAT scene got from Endgame. You know which one we mean! The one that had a lot of knee bending. For today’s video, you can expect many films to be here. Infinity War, Doctor Strange, Iron Man, Guardians Of The Galaxy and so many more will be here! The scenes have many of the MCU’s premier characters. Such as Hulk, Ant Man, Captain America, Thor, and perhaps a couple of surprises! Or not! Who knows?! You can expect a little gore, unfinished CGI, and a few speculations on why it was canned. That’s what we do best! Some of the reasoning for the deleted scenes are understandable for Disney. Some...maybe not so much. That’s for YOU to decide! So, get watching this fun video now!

So they let us see thanos disturbingly kill loki by crushing his neck but not stan lee in a container
It wasn't for crossing any line, more likely because the scenes had little relevance to advancing the overall story line of the movie.

Ikr? As a woman I felt so offended by that cameo of Stan Lee at GOTG. Seeing him inside a container would be so much better and relevant since the guy was a jewel himself.

The true extended cut of Incredible Hulk makes it a masterpiece. Right next to Winter Soldier. But that's what happens when you cut about 30 minutes of plot in favor of "Hulk smash" -_-*
I absolutely disagree. Learn how to explain difficult concepts to your kids or don't take them to see the movie. Everyone's too tired/lazy to actually talk to their kids and explain things and/or they don't understand it themselves and they're just doing what people expect them to. Like Drax says "you earthlings have serious hangups"

She is too dark skinned. It’s possible but historically very dark skinned females aren’t cast for roles this important. Black Panther being the most notable exception for obvious reasons.

So true like the scene where iron man died was obviously very important but I wouldn't consider it kid friendly. That scene is amazing tho and proves the point that we need more than just pg scenes!

Yeah, it's an interesting thing: Thanos had to wait until Odin and Ego were dead because those two would probably have been the serious competition in his weight class. Hela might have been a contender...although she might have joined up with Thanos as well. It makes me wonder a little bit about the timing of things, since during Thor: Ragnarok Thanos is attacking Xandar to get the Power Stone as evidenced by Infinity War.

@A random space bean with internet access. Possibly. But the Ancient One didn't seem to think Thanos would have been that big a threat. Consider, she wasn't actively defending New York during the battle with the Chitauri, she stayed focused on defending only the sanctum. Dormammu would have likely obliterated Thanos with a thought, so Dormammu was the greater threat. Now it could be that she couldn't SEE the future with Thanos in it, but it's hard to say just from the material we have available.

If you want to see wide release in all the big markets, not just the US and Canada, you have to play by the rules of these markets of what flies and what doesn't. Remember, Disney is a business that first and foremost cares about selling their products to as many people as possible to make the most amount of profit, they couldn't care less if a film is good or could have been better if they just let something slide by that might be okay for the US market but maybe not for international markets.

1:34. That's the case about Scott, the director of Dr Strange today. I think Marvel doesn't really agree to the horror concept of Multiverse of Madness, as according to Scott's twitter, it is due to the "Creative differences"
Agreed. I would live to see Thor channeling a Norn. Why put him in the water without the full ritual as shown in Norse mythology? It would be less confusing, not more.

I like the marvel movies as-is. When I watch DC on screen, it feels like they're going overboard to show they're not the Adam West/Superfriends kitsch we grew up with. Like, "hey! We're adult entertainment now!"
If these deleted scenes had been kept, I think Marvel would be giving the same vibe. Generally, there's enough grit to balance the light-hearted moments; any more would result in inconsistent tone, which is too rampant in Hollywood films.

That scene with kaecilius and the doubter was a scene i saw from the first movie of doctor strange that i watched but when i rewatched it again i was so confused that it was gone cuz i remember that happening but now i know that it was a deleted scene.

Tony didn't bail on the group sex due to moral reasons, that party was his "beard" for when he went on gus first mission in the suit.
In that Edward Norton's hulk scene, he jumps on that ice mountain and thus ice collapses and we find our captain america.. This was the extended scene.

Political correctness, not wanting to offend, "family friendly" = increasing dilution of the very stories that made these characters icons in the first place. What a shame.
It's nothing to do with PC, and it wasn't wasn't for crossing any line, most likely because the scenes had little to almost no relevance to advancing the overall story line of the movie, so left on the cutting room floor. A great many movies have the same thing happen to them.

The self censorship of Disney is the exact reason WB produced a gem with Joker with more to come. It wasn’t a great comic book movie like Marvel but a great movie that used a comic book character
They should have convinced Ed Norton to stay on as Hulk...the well scene with Thor is profound and is very well received; especially the long version....they must have interviewed people who did not get it.

I honestly think that Marvel merging with Disney was a mistake, most of those scene's probably would have been included, if not for thinking about the younger viewers. Marvel= action packed, Disney= sweet little baby shows. they don't match.

What's baffling is that over half of this are so obviously cut for time and some of them don't even make sense to be cut for being "too much" - particularly the last one.
Why can’t the writers for anything Ironman related get it right after the 2nd movie... the reactor never powered his heart or any kind of defibrillator or pacemaker, it started as overkill to the extreme, to simply prevent shrapnel in his chest from moving... Period! Given the abundance of extra power he used the same reactor to power the first few Iron Suits and prototypes, later getting wise to the idea that the suit needed its own power source and later deciding it needed not one but many (why that wasn’t his first thought... is lost on me, I’d have a reactor in each “piece” so as not to drain or hamper another... (piece being arm, leg, chest, etc) Given these simple facts about the purpose of the mini-reactor, why did so many writers get it so wrong so many times?!?

I love that the whole point here is to blame Disney for everything but at least a third of the examples were “never seen by Disney” and most of the rest have to rely on conjecture to lay the blame at their feet.

to add to the scene for Avengers, after the cop gets killed and the waitress captured and put in a room with twenty some odd people, she later ends up stepping on a pair of glasses and realizes that the room was previously occupied by another group of people and were turned to dust, via the Chitauri "grenade" (box like thing that chimed, Cap hit a bad guy before one went off)
The House of the Mouse. If this House would be in Game of Thrones, it would be for sure the main villain of at least 3 seasons.
