If you recall, due to Howard Stark taking the Pym Particles (wanting to use them for SHIELD research), Hank hated Howard, and that hate grew towards Tony. He may have liked his heroics, but he just didn't like Tony personally, due to being Howard's kid. That was proven later in "Civil War," when Scott snapped at Tony "Hank Pym was right -- NEVER trust a Stark." To see him at the service meant that he not only forgave Tony, he forgave Howard, and it was all showcased in mere seconds. As they say, when it comes to writing -- show, don't tell.

Actually, he isn't a God. The Asgardians were worshipped as Gods, but they aren't *actually* Gods. They've mentioned this multiple times. They're just super-powered brings, like many other MCU characters.

Tony replied ”We have a Hulk” when Loki said ”I have an army.” In the first scenes in Infinity War, when Thanos attacked the Asgardian shipa and just before Hulk attacked Thanos, Loki also told Thanos the same line, ”We have a Hulk”. I really loved that.

In fact, during their last isolated scene together, when they're discussing which of them should "sacrifice themselves" for the Soul Stone, I personally felt the "history" between them was practically as obvious as a flashing neon sign. I remember turning to my girlfriend next to me, and saying: "those two have a history together that goes much deeper than 'we're just friends'!" She just nodded. Because she felt it too. The naming of his children with another woman is probably just another trail of super-obvious bread crumbs.
@@shindari I think it's deeper, no question, but I also think people jump too quickly to equate "deeper" with "romantic" and/or "sexual". It's the same reason people want to try and ship Poe and Finn: it's simply not possible that people can be close in any way other than romantic. Nobody is paired off in Star Wars, and I think it's better for it. Same with Nat and Clint.

But then, Clint wanted to have children, and Natasha had to tell him she was "unplugged" by the Soviets when they made her into "Black Widow." But Clint wanted kids in a bad way. Some people just can't move past that desire. I can see a situation where Natasha and Clint still very much cared for one another, but they separated because of Clint's drive to have a proper family. And shortly thereafter, Clint meets his current wife. They fall in love, get married, and go on to have three or four kids, just like Clint wanted all along. But Clint feels terrible for leaving Natasha behind, especially when knowing she'll never know the happiness he does. So he keeps her as close as possible, even naming some of his kids in her honor. That would potentially heal a lot of wounds left behind. And it would make the breakup they suffered far less of a lingering issue. I don't know. It could be just as you say. Not everything has to stem back to romance. But things between men and women tend to do that, especially if they meet under similar circumstances, and one "saves" the other from an empty life as a trained killer (what we might see in Black Widow's movie). And I'm in no particular hurry to write a fanfiction about it either. It's just an idea.

What I like about these details is that they add, but they don't subtract. I knew some of these but others are a complete surprise. Like, the MJ scene with the book. I didn't recognize it. And that's fine, because it's never the focus of the scene. That's the golden rule for an Easter Egg. Add, don't subtract. If you get it, awesome. It's the cherry on top of a sundae. If you don't, then that's fine as well, the cherry on a sundae is easily discarded without sacrificing the integrity of the dish you're focusing on.

While we sob over that superdepressing fact, let's try to be happy that Endgame is the most lengthiest Marvel movie. We'll be able to savor this moment in the MCU. ( Marvel very smart to pick this name, it was probably given a lot of thought and detail. )
Here a few details you may have missed or you may have already known: 1. The Little boy Tony saves from being blasted by the Hammer Industries Drone in Iron Man 2 was actually MCU's Peter Parker. 2. When Tony and Steve time-travel back to Camp Leigh in Endgame to get the Tesseract/ Space Stone and some more Pym Particles, it is actually the same place that Steve trains at during Captain America: TFA and where Steve and Natasha go to during Captain America: TWS. 3. The music that is playing at the end of Endgame when Steve is with Peggy is the same music that plays when Nick Fury is in Steve's apartment during Captain America: TWS. 4. When Fury is telling Tony about the Avengers Initiative, you can see a world map, with key locations marked such as New Mexico, (where Thor's hammer was found), Greenland (where Steve was found when he crashed the HYDRA airship at the end of Captain America: TFA), Wakanda (possibly, it's a location marked in Africa), and more (this map only appears for a second or two and isn't that clearly visible).
For every time this video mentions how Marvel pays attention to every single detail, I'm reminded how the new Star Wars movies is a total incoherent mess in comparison.
End game was made by creators and fans of the source material, for fans of the source material. Star Wars was made by and for people who have a passing acquaintanceship with the franchise, mostly through memes and cosplay.

Bruce Banner’s disappearance was also mentioned in the first Thor movie. It was when Jane, Darcy and Eric sits on the roof when their equipments and documents were confiscated by Shield and Eric said to Jane not to fight Shield as it reminds him of a missing Professor specialising in Gamma radiation (which is referring to Dr Banner)
My theory is that Erskine was one of the few people to know of Wakanda and the black panther. I actually think he used the plant in his super soldier formula which is why Cap and Black Panther have similar speed and strength.

It would explain why they could never duplicate the formula because they didn't know about the secret sauce or have access to it. Peter Parker was the kid in Ironman 2...plus Parker's principle in Homecoming was the grandson of one of the Howling Commandos....as per the picture in his office. Plus the other Asguardians calling Rocket a rabbit in Endgame.

Civil War has always annoyed me a little, because you feel that Tony and Steve's points of view go against their personalities. Steve is an Army man so should be more enthusiastic to take orders and let the Avengers be governed, whereas Tony is the rebellious type. Does anyone agree?

Another little thing I liked is in Avengers, when Thor and Loki are fighting on top of Stark Tower and Thor is trying to get him to give up, you can see Loki’s eyes go from blue to brown which is to symbolize that Loki is actually being somewhat manipulated by the Mind Stone, nice little nod to show that Loki does care for his brother cuz it happens when Thor is being heartfelt to him to try and get him to stop
How about the song played at the end of Avengers Endgame that Steve and Peggy dance to? It’s played in Cap’s apartment in The Winter Soldier after the attempt on Nick Fury’s life. I haven’t seen any videos on TH-cam that mention that incredible detail, you’re welcome!
Did you notice: In the avengers when loki manipulates people their eyes go a deep blue and for much of the thor movies when thor believes what loki tells him his eyes are blue

I think Ego's similarities were just part of his good dad/person character illusion he was presenting to Quill. Like we know he charmed his mom with all that but it didn't mean he loved her. She was just one amongst many women. Quill was special as in special enough for Ego to lay on the charm and manipulate him.

1 Tiny detail that proves they didn't think of everything: Everyone's mouth moves with the pronounciation of english words, but a talking tree that also has teeth and tongue yells "I AM GROOT" with a mouth open expressing the "Ah" sound and not the "U" (grOOt) sound . 06:23 EDIT: I'm not nitpicking or activly searching for faults, just expressing something i've noticed watching this video. I love all MCU movies whether or not they have minor or big flaws in themselves. It's all fun and games.
Another cool detail is that in Spiderman HC when Tony is talking to Peter remotely he was gesturing because his suit is automatically balancing itself midair, but later he talks to Peter on the roof after the ferry incident, before Peter says if he cares he would be here (just before IM lands), you can see Tony is using his hands to control the balance when descending because he is controlling the suit manually, which is a small giveaway that Tony is actually in the suit

What I like about these details is that they add, but they don't subtract. I knew some of these but others are a complete surprise. Like, the MJ scene with the book. I didn't recognize it. And that's fine, because it's never the focus of the scene. That's the golden rule for an Easter Egg. Add, don't subtract. If you get it, awesome. It's the cherry on top of a sundae. If you don't, then that's fine as well, the cherry on a sundae is easily discarded without sacrificing the integrity of the dish you're focusing on.
It is like the cultural references in Gilmore Girls. They challenge you to catch them, but if you don't, no problem, it doesn't detract from the story. If you do catch them, they simply enhance the story that much more.

The phrase "endgame" has been said in two Marvel movies, and each was uttered during a pivotal time. The first time we heard the phrase was from Tony Stark in Avengers: Age of Ultron. During the argument about Tony and Bruce Banner's decision to create Ultron, he explains that the invasion of Manhattan and future attacks from aliens were his main reasons to do so. It's pretty telling that the very threat Tony was afraid of happens to come to life in the fourth film.

The second time we hear "the endgame" come up is in Infinity War, this time from Doctor Strange. Coincidentally (or not), he's talking to Tony when he says the magic phrase. When Tony asks why Strange would give Thanos the Time Stone, bringing him one step closer to completing his glove, Strange simply tells him, "We're in the endgame now." Yeah you are, buddy.
So obviously the phrase holds a lot of meaning in the Avengers world, particularly concerning our favorite genius billionaire playboy philanthropist. Since this is technically the endgame of our merry band of heroes, it's also a fitting name to the group's final adventure together. While we sob over that superdepressing fact, let's try to be happy that Endgame is the most lengthiest Marvel movie. We'll be able to savor this moment in the MCU.
( Marvel very smart to pick this name, it was probably given a lot of thought and detail. )
Here a few details you may have missed or you may have already known:
1. The Little boy Tony saves from being blasted by the Hammer Industries Drone in Iron Man 2 was actually MCU's Peter Parker.
2. When Tony and Steve time-travel back to Camp Leigh in Endgame to get the Tesseract/ Space Stone and some more Pym Particles, it is actually the same place that Steve trains at during Captain America: TFA and where Steve and Natasha go to during Captain America: TWS.
3. The music that is playing at the end of Endgame when Steve is with Peggy is the same music that plays when Nick Fury is in Steve's apartment during Captain America: TWS.
4. When Fury is telling Tony about the Avengers Initiative, you can see a world map, with key locations marked such as New Mexico, (where Thor's hammer was found), Greenland (where Steve was found when he crashed the HYDRA airship at the end of Captain America: TFA), Wakanda (possibly, it's a location marked in Africa), and more (this map only appears for a second or two and isn't that clearly visible).
For every time this video mentions how Marvel pays attention to every single detail, I'm reminded how the new Star Wars movies is a total incoherent mess in comparison.

Bruce Banner’s disappearance was also mentioned in the first Thor movie. It was when Jane, Darcy and Eric sits on the roof when their equipments and documents were confiscated by Shield and Eric said to Jane not to fight Shield as it reminds him of a missing Professor specialising in Gamma radiation (which is referring to Dr Banner)
I think Star-Lord’s Translator Implant was updated because he was able to talk to Teenage Groot in Infinity Was.

My theory is that Erskine was one of the few people to know of Wakanda and the black panther. I actually think he used the plant in his super soldier formula which is why Cap and Black Panther have similar speed and strength.

Civil War has always annoyed me a little, because you feel that Tony and Steve's points of view go against their personalities.

Another little thing I liked is in Avengers, when Thor and Loki are fighting on top of Stark Tower and Thor is trying to get him to give up, you can see Loki’s eyes go from blue to brown which is to symbolize that Loki is actually being somewhat manipulated by the Mind Stone, nice little nod to show that Loki does care for his brother cuz it happens when Thor is being heartfelt to him to try and get him to stop

I think Ego's similarities were just part of his good dad/person character illusion he was presenting to Quill. Like we know he charmed his mom with all that but it didn't mean he loved her. She was just one amongst many women. Quill was special as in special enough for Ego to lay on the charm and manipulate him.

EDIT: I'm not nitpicking or activly searching for faults, just expressing something i've noticed watching this video. I love all MCU movies whether or not they have minor or big flaws in themselves. It's all fun and games.
Another cool detail is that in Spiderman HC when Tony is talking to Peter remotely he was gesturing because his suit is automatically balancing itself midair, but later he talks to Peter on the roof after the ferry incident, before Peter says if he cares he would be here (just before IM lands), you can see Tony is using his hands to control the balance when descending because he is controlling the suit manually, which is a small giveaway that Tony is actually in the suit
