That beef looked insanely good mate! It was a dangerous move to watch this video before bed - that dish is all I can think about now.
I've always felt like Sukiyaki seems like a really complicated dish on paper, but you made it look surprisingly easy to prepare. I'd love to give it a shot someday! Keep up the amazing work and well done on your new channel getting off to such a fantastic start! Looking forward to seeing what you come up with next 🍲

okonomiyaki is good because Japanese BBQ sauce is delicious. various okonomiyaki dishes are variants on how Japanese BBQ sauce is good. Takoyaki is good because Japanese BBQ sauce is good. Okonomiyaki isn't that good. I'd rank it lower than pizza. However, I'd rank Japanese BBQ sauce higher than pizza because i've enjoyed okonomiyaki so much.... I'm conflicted...

I love looking at youtube's food channels to compair methods of cooking from around the world. And if you dig too deep, every dish have it's reasons behind it and is reflection not only to aviable products but also to traditions and culture on itself. Even more amusing to see your love of raw eggs. I guess it's kinda widespread in Japan due to high quality control. I think almost every culture have something they love to do with eggs. I'm sorry it's not my native language and I rarely communicate to people in general but I hope my words didn't come out as insult.
In the end I want to thank you very much and hope you'll continue your road to popularization of japanese cuisine. Have a nice day!
