I assume this was the Rhodesian Army? Was the South African Army also involved? Looks very similar to the Koevoet (South West Africa police units if I remember correct) that was operation in the old South West Africa, known as Namibia today, during the border war.

Zambia is currently ranked 96 in the economic complexity index way behind South Africa and we know how badly South Africa has crumbled, in the last few years in Zambia, the declining copper prices continue to plague the economy, crippling fiscal deficit energy shortages, and the number one cause of death remains HIV infection. They are plagued with malaria, tuberculosis and soul, crushing poverty, ensuring the premature deaths of millions of Zambians.
