Now i have experience both in my life and i know the difference now Panic attacks are really worse but they get in handle after a time ( still feels worst than anything) but my anxiety attacks couldn't stop for hours it just keeps on going again and again and so hard to stop! If you start freaking out, that's a panic attack. First, anxiety attack pops up, then the attack becomes more intense, as if it forms onto panic attack. If it happens to you way too often than usual, it is some sort of disorder or syndrome, and that's not sure okay.
Yes this is so true my anxiety attacks are really bad and they get intense really quick I will feel the nerves in my stomach then I start thinking about what I'm nervous about and in like 1 min I'm on the floor crying my heart rate is going up I'm shaking I don't want to move can't stop thinking about that one thing I try to calm myself down then I do for a minute but then I think of the thing agian and boom it's back the only thing that has helped me is not doing the thing like if I was going somewhere I just wouldn't go I wish there was another way I could stop it

As a person who has General Anxiety Disorder, and emitophobia caused anxiety, when i get anxiety attacks they usually consist of the following; 1. very shallow breathing or holding breath 2. ‘tics’ (basically things i do to calm me but i do them over and over and over…) 3. pacing 4. curling into a ball 5. not eating or compulsively eating 6. wanting to die If you are going through anxiety, just keep going. It’s going to get better. You will push through this and get out as a stronger person. I believe in you❤
I have a General anxiety disorder and personally, before i have panic attacks: - my legs shake alot - i get sweaty palms - i have migranes - i feel sick - i go lightheaded - i get very dizzy During panic attacks: - i shake violently - i feel very sick - i cry/scream alot - extremely lightheaded - sometimes i pass out - i hit the closest thing next to me - i fall over alot if im stood up - i struggle to breathe Remember never to laugh or mock someone who is or was having a panic attack because you'll never know what its like until you experience it yourself.
When I have a panic attack/panic attacks I usually get this…. 1. Shaking 2. Breathing really fast - and thinking you can’t breath 3. Having anxiety - and thinking about bad stuff and trauma 4. U probably will cry and sob a lot 5. Feeling scared like it’s the end of the world And panic attacks just come randomly depending if u have bad and scaring thoughts as well as trauma and anxiety Also if you got a panic attack or more then one of them it helps if you fidget with your finger or count to three (fidget - crack fingers and other stuff) (count to three and then take three breaths) another thing it’s better if your with someone cause they can help you calm down
When my legs also start to shake then I know hell is about to get loose, usually in a grocery store while waiting in a line 😂 terrible. The worst is then I have panic attack when I feel like floating and afraid being on a planet and have feeling of no ground under me. Last one happened when I thought about death. Was severe
This is exactly what happens to me. One time, it was at school and one of my friends had to go to the bathroom with me and hold my hand and help me take deep breaths. It’s so scary.
I’ve had 3 anxiety attacks all in December last year. I was talking to my sister on a Thursday night and had some anxiety before (so it’s been built up for a while) and while talking to her, I started blurting things out and it all kinda came out and it built up and it became an anxiety attack and I had to pause what I was saying to come back from that. After all of that, I went to bed and the next day, I still felt some of that anxiety because it was my first time ever saying something about it so during school, after my English class was over, I had texted my sister and asked if I can call her so we can chat a little more since it was lunch time. But then, as I was turned to my backpack, my friend came up and gave me a hug. It was sweet but it was out of nowhere and suddenly, I started panicking and such. I calmed myself down but it was the second time having an anxiety attack but the first time by myself, before, my sister new what to do and calmed me down faster. It felt like I was just standing there for a while but it must’ve just been like 2 minutes or something. Anyways, I kinda calmed myself down although I wasn’t completely calm and then during lunch, we stayed in my math teacher’s room, I kept waiting for my sister to answer the phone and my texts but it turns out, I told her the wrong time and I was sorta freaking out. After a bit, she did answer so I stepped out of the room to talk to her and I had another anxiety attack on the phone. Definitely not fun but at least no one saw me that time. I haven’t had one since January though so hopefully that streak continues! I have been doing methods to try and help myself but I need to get back into them because I’ve sorta stopped since the summer break started 😅

Panic attacks have happened really often lately. I feel the walls coming in on me and I literally can’t breath. My chest always hurts after it too because of how hard it is to breathe. I wouldn’t wish them upon my worst enemy😭😭
They are both terrifying. I have health anxiety, so every time I think I’m dying. I went to urgent care earlier this week from chest tightness, pain, feeling suffocated, lightheaded, exhausted, kinda nauseated, dizzy, blurry vision, slightly elevated heart rate, being cold, and a low fever. They did an electrocardiogram and chest xray which just came back fine but it’s day 5 of these symptoms and I don’t believe that I’m not dying, sometimes they even get worse. All of those symptoms are symptoms of medical emergencies and I don’t know what to do. I know I’m only 18 but that doesn’t change the fact that I could still have a serious health issue. I’m terrified they missed something because there’s no way this is just anxiety
I am a person with social anxiety, which got worse after the pandemic..Few months back I got admission in a new college in a new place.. everything thing was different... I have lived 21yrs of my life in hill stations, and I was used to less population and comparatively innocent people, so coming to a college in a city with a lot of people around me was really difficult to deal...... My anxiety went really bad.... I couldn't hold myself well, I couldn't conversate, wrote an application with shaking hands due to which it's untidy despite having a good handwriting, dry mouth, fast heartbeat, a little difficulty in breathing, shaky body, weird feeling in stomach, choking while speaking, my legs were shaking terribly and bcs of that I stumbled so bad that I almost fell on face. Despite all this I had to act normal and complete procedure... Worst experience
I’m literally plagued with daily panic attacks and anxiety in general until it peaks. Meds have been helping but I still get intense panic attacks .. I’m noticing when I leave my house around crowds or loud noises are some triggers. But not necessarily it still will randomly come on. If it was once in a while maybe but it’s daily and several times daily even with the meds. I can’t hold down a job anymore and consequently trying to figure out how to pay bills. Anyone with tips other than the usual breathing n grounding please share.

I was diagnosed with a panick disorder. Every morning it seems like it's waiting for me and ready to break me down. I pray and keep the faith that GOD will heal me. I pray for those with this pain, and trust that GOD will heal us ALL❤
sometimes i randomly start worrying about things like “what if everyone hates me? what if my friends are all fake?” “what if i’m a terrible person?” i get all these thoughts and feelings that are usually triggered by something/someone. at first i thought it was just me being weird, but i’m realizing i think they’re anxiety attacks

Idk if I have anxiety attacks or what but there is a sudden heart movement and kind of pain in stomach ( like a pain u suffer while going down on a roundabout) and I just automatically start weeping and breathing heavily! I got to work one day, knowing I was going in working with my boss that makes me want to curl up in a ball and die, everything you do is wrong, or not fast enough and she’s so critical and as soon as I got there my parents had to come in for a minute then they left to go to a nearby town (I can’t drive) and I got so overwhelmed with anxiety before she had even said anything to me, just knowing what was coming, and I got so hot, I was shaking and stressed with that overwhelming hot feeling. it was probably the worst “panic” I’ve had so far. But it wasn’t super visible to my other coworker and the boss, or they didn’t notice. I text my mom on my lunch break and said I didn’t feel good,I should have asked to leave, but she decided to let the other girl leave early so there was no way I could have Another day my other boss (the one Iove, she’s great) and one of my favorite coworkers was working, and we got slammed and the other boss walked in and I got soooo stressed out and afterwards I was people asking me, “are you okay?” As they could obviously tell I was very stressed. So I’m curious, I don’t know if that would be considered an anxiety attack or panic attack, if either

@@sukafa7644 I was overthinking of the past , threw up because of how nauseas I got then got hot flashes, a whole overwhelming sensation took over my whole body, passed out, laid there and got up because my brother helped me. I threw up a lot when I got up. Felt okay for 2 seconds then got another panic attack in the 3 second and had to sit down because the feeling got too overwhelming again and I didn’t want to collapse again. I threw up way less the third and first time and waited for it to pass down. I was sitting down, I was sweating profusely after all that was over.. is that part of bd or should I look more deep into it?? It’s been a while since I got a bad panic attack. I am able to manage the mild ones but this one was to intense and I haven’t gotten one like this for 2/3 years now also it was more different symptoms than the first intense one I ever got. With the mild ones I just grind my teeth and shake a lot and have to calm myself, nauseas, etc but I was always in control. I mean at times I do feel like I can get a seizure with the feelings and sensations I get. It doesn’t feel good but I calm down after a bit of thinking of “happy thoughts”. They have been mild after the first big one. Sorta.. I am always in control of my panic attacks. Now I was rumination so hard of old faces that did have a negative impact in my life this year, before I got my panic attack and I hit my head on the pavement when I fell down.. I didn’t see it coming tbh :( I don’t want to give them control of my life but thinking of them made me spiral out in a bad way because I shouldn’t let ppl who aren’t in my life affect me so much. This happened today too😅
the absolute worst is when it happens in traffic. what helps me is calming music/drink some water. I find that if im dehydrated it happens more frequently

I was suffering from panic attack. It feels like Earth is shaking, always have some fear, always felt nothing going right, have body pain and nausea. There is only one treatment to it and it is from my personal experience None of the medication/antidepressants(nexito, amisulphuride etc.) will work for long term. Only solution to it is talk to yourself that everything is alright and nothing has happened and you are strong, take slow and deep breath, involve in multiple daily activities, drink lot of water, do rigorous exercise daily(join gym), try chiropractor(in case of body pain) Most importantly need to put some courage to tackle the fear that is causing anxiety. Eg. in my case the fear was that if I will study long I will fall ill and have migraine issues and if I will have eggs in my diet I will have cancer in long term(health anxiety). I challenged it everyday and now I am 99 percent recovered. Follow the steps else life will be hell and it will form a vicious cycle and will go on for years. External source will not help in long run.
@oint-12345 I haven't experience this scenario, but usually I got panic attack in middle of the work. For eg. when I am studying or watching reels/videos, my pulse will suddenly shoot up with trembling/like earthquake is occurring situation and it feels like nothing is going right(a very dull and negative feeling). Then I will drink water, do some walk, talk to myself and in 10-15 minutes it will be alright. I have consulted psychiatrist, according to him it can occur anytime, and it is not possible to carry on the work during that period whether it is riding a bike or some other stuff. Please rule out it is not motion/cybersickness, if it is not long term solution is some lifestyle changes like drinking lot of water, doing deep breathing exercise, healthy diet, 8 hours+ sleep, reducing on alcohol, reducing masturbation frequency(maybe once a week or month), indulge in social activities, gradually challenging the tasks which cause fear.
@@anjarshidique786 As I mentioned before I have no fear of riding bike or bicycle. Every person has different fear/trigger points. If you are afraid of riding bike, the solution to this is either to take public transport or someone expert is sitting at the back seat of your bike motivating you throughout your ride journey so that your confidence level boost. It will not happen suddenly but will take time.
when i was 12 or 13 .. i was so sick that day... around 7/8 pm .. i was sleeping i suddenly wake up ...my chest was feels likes 10 people were laying on my chest, I couldn't breathe and my throat and chest were excruciatingly painful. I thought my time might be up. But when I am normal, I saw my elder brother laughing at my condition and did not come to help me and he did not call anyone for help.Since then I removed the brother thing from my life .....

I had one today in pe and my pe teacher told me to stop being stupid and to just get changed and when I did everything started to go black so I got dressed really slow and I wad grabbing on to this bar thing on the side of the bench to stop myself from falling. And I didn't end up doing pe and had a different teacher and after this the first teacher started moaning at me and said that I WILL fail pe and it will ruin my GCSES and negatively impact my college applications and stuff and make me struggle with this part of life. (She says I always try to get out of pe and when I broke my arm, before I did it she said I was faking it and then when she realised said she told me I broke it 😅 and it has been fine for like 2 weeks now and I've done 2 pe lessons in this time span and she says I haven't because last lesson I was the same as today and sat out. And also I broke my arm 5 months ago when it hasn't even been 2.)
i suffer from both.. anxiety leave me woth muscle pain i found that making peace woth anxiety and admitting to your self that it's just anxiety not the situation helps a lot and make it breif ...panick attack though are difecult to handele mostly because they come out of nowhere and mostly in public
i dont really know if i had an anxiety or panic attack maybe neither. I remember my first and (so far) only panic attack. It was I’ve a spider being next to me. I didn’t want anyone to touch me bc obvious reasons (spiders crawling on you). My cousin was so helpful and she was only five. ❤ I never realized it was a panic attack and thought I was just crying over nothing but a spider. My aunt said I was just tired. I had one. It was through pain and suffering. Let’s say, I had a bad day. I don’t want to talk about it. It happened in 2012-2013. I’m not exactly sure what happened. Sometimes I remember it one way, sometimes another.
This started when i was watching a video on heart attack and suddenly got the symptoms that were shown in the video of heart attack and thought i am gone, It's over and i am dying but recovered after a hell of 10 mins but after that my life became a hell and i started feeling like i have few more weeks remaining. Leaving this now i am little bit good than before as i get panic attack not so frequently like before But get sudden panic when i hear words like death or heart attack hope so it will vanish off in future.
I am a licenced psychologist and I can tell you that this is no medical term. It doesn't exist. There are panic attacks, there is anxiety but there is no such thing as "anxiety attacks".

@@GiorgiaPinti It exists, it's just not listed in the criteria for mental health disorders. The criteria sometimes can be inaccurate and many licensed therapists are trying to bring awareness of the newfound mental health related things.

I have a panic attack whenever I have to travel somewhere. It makes me feel nauseous, difficulty in breathing, and fainting. When I told this to my family members they were like then you can't even do a Job, don't think too much it's nothing etc.

My bf has been rly short w me and all his friends lately and he’s telling me he wants to talk but isn’t ready now but he still wants to see me and we text a lil but still but he avoided me today. mine are kind of a combination of the two so idk what to call them but its kind of caused by my anxiety mixed with my sensory processing disorder and sometimes my ocd tendencies really add to it
Is this a panic or an anxiety attack? Ok, I’ve been known to have anxiety, everywhere, any time. It’s especially at night or when faced with audio or visual things. I hav w o idea what causes them but i know I’ve always had them. One night i noticed i was acting out of the ordinary and went straight to my parents. I was hyperventilating and i felt like o couldn’t move. They offered me food, but i couldn’t eat, it felt like i was gonna be sick. We figured it was because i was into horror stuff at the time and was recently told a terrifying legend. I’ve been having them ever sense and it often comes down to the symptoms of; temporary paralysis, violent shivering or jolting, crying for no reason, increase in heart rate, feeling sick or dizzy when attempting to eat. I found that what usually calms me down is watching a familiar animated movie and/or TH-camrs I’ve known through the years. What is the bad part, is I’ve grown so dependent on having my device on me to calm my nerves, that I have anxiety attacks when it’s taken away.
Actually panic attacks and anxiety attacks are the same thing (the correct medical term is anxiety attack though.) I think part of the reason why people think they’re two different things is because the symptoms of a panic attack can vary.
I don’t know if I have panic attacks or anxiety, attack or both I have anxiety i’ve had a panic attack. Once my vision was blurred. My heart was racing. I was like zoned out. It was overwhelming.
I don’t know what happened recently, but I was walking with a few friends and we were talking about something that I genuinely did not feel comfortable talking about, and my heart started beating faster, my eyes started to feel slightly darker, and my legs felt like literal jello, I was scared I was actually going to pass out, I have no clue what it was but I do know that my anxiety has been bad so I really don’t know.

Today I’ve actually had a panic attack, I was driving with my friend and her mum and the car we were In was a rental and kept stopping and then when we pulled over to check why it wasn’t stopping it rammed into a back of a truck and it was so scary and I had a full on panic attack my friend was crying and I got seatbelt burn on my neck, all good now though 😅

When I have a panic attack/panic attacks I usually get this….
1. Shaking
2. Breathing really fast - and thinking you can’t breath
3. Having anxiety - and thinking about bad stuff and trauma
4. U probably will cry and sob a lot
5. Feeling scared like it’s the end of the world
And panic attacks just come randomly depending if u have bad and scaring thoughts as well as trauma and anxiety
Also if you got a panic attack or more then one of them it helps if you fidget with your finger or count to three (fidget - crack fingers and other stuff) (count to three and then take three breaths) another thing it’s better if your with someone cause they can help you calm down
When my legs also start to shake then I know hell is about to get loose, usually in a grocery store while waiting in a line 😂 terrible. The worst is then I have panic attack when I feel like floating and afraid being on a planet and have feeling of no ground under me. Last one happened when I thought about death. Was severe

This is exactly what happens to me. One time, it was at school and one of my friends had to go to the bathroom with me and hold my hand and help me take deep breaths. It’s so scary.
I’ve had 3 anxiety attacks all in December last year. I was talking to my sister on a Thursday night and had some anxiety before (so it’s been built up for a while) and while talking to her, I started blurting things out and it all kinda came out and it built up and it became an anxiety attack and I had to pause what I was saying to come back from that. After all of that, I went to bed and the next day, I still felt some of that anxiety because it was my first time ever saying something about it so during school, after my English class was over, I had texted my sister and asked if I can call her so we can chat a little more since it was lunch time. But then, as I was turned to my backpack, my friend came up and gave me a hug. It was sweet but it was out of nowhere and suddenly, I started panicking and such. I calmed myself down but it was the second time having an anxiety attack but the first time by myself, before, my sister new what to do and calmed me down faster. It felt like I was just standing there for a while but it must’ve just been like 2 minutes or something. Anyways, I kinda calmed myself down although I wasn’t completely calm and then during lunch, we stayed in my math teacher’s room, I kept waiting for my sister to answer the phone and my texts but it turns out, I told her the wrong time and I was sorta freaking out. After a bit, she did answer so I stepped out of the room to talk to her and I had another anxiety attack on the phone. Definitely not fun but at least no one saw me that time. I haven’t had one since January though so hopefully that streak continues! I have been doing methods to try and help myself but I need to get back into them because I’ve sorta stopped since the summer break started 😅

My solution is to get outside if i can and roll into a ball and close my eyes
Panic attacks have happened really often lately. I feel the walls coming in on me and I literally can’t breath. My chest always hurts after it too because of how hard it is to breathe. I wouldn’t wish them upon my worst enemy😭😭

They are both terrifying. I have health anxiety, so every time I think I’m dying. I went to urgent care earlier this week from chest tightness, pain, feeling suffocated, lightheaded, exhausted, kinda nauseated, dizzy, blurry vision, slightly elevated heart rate, being cold, and a low fever. They did an electrocardiogram and chest xray which just came back fine but it’s day 5 of these symptoms and I don’t believe that I’m not dying, sometimes they even get worse. All of those symptoms are symptoms of medical emergencies and I don’t know what to do. I know I’m only 18 but that doesn’t change the fact that I could still have a serious health issue. I’m terrified they missed something because there’s no way this is just anxiety
I am a person with social anxiety, which got worse after the pandemic..Few months back I got admission in a new college in a new place.. everything thing was different... I have lived 21yrs of my life in hill stations, and I was used to less population and comparatively innocent people, so coming to a college in a city with a lot of people around me was really difficult to deal...... My anxiety went really bad.... I couldn't hold myself well, I couldn't conversate, wrote an application with shaking hands due to which it's untidy despite having a good handwriting, dry mouth, fast heartbeat, a little difficulty in breathing, shaky body, weird feeling in stomach, choking while speaking, my legs were shaking terribly and bcs of that I stumbled so bad that I almost fell on face. Despite all this I had to act normal and complete procedure... Worst experience

I’m literally plagued with daily panic attacks and anxiety in general until it peaks. Meds have been helping but I still get intense panic attacks .. I’m noticing when I leave my house around crowds or loud noises are some triggers. But not necessarily it still will randomly come on. If it was once in a while maybe but it’s daily and several times daily even with the meds. I can’t hold down a job anymore and consequently trying to figure out how to pay bills. Anyone with tips other than the usual breathing n grounding please share.

sometimes i randomly start worrying about things like “what if everyone hates me? what if my friends are all fake?” “what if i’m a terrible person?” i get all these thoughts and feelings that are usually triggered by something/someone. at first i thought it was just me being weird, but i’m realizing i think they’re anxiety attacks

Another good thing to do is go outside for a walk or you can also do a hobby to distract your mind
When I have panic attacks:

Thinking a lot about what is currently worrying me
Hard to breathe
Lightheadedness
Dizziness
Lots of fidgeting
After the attack:

I got to work one day, knowing I was going in working with my boss that makes me want to curl up in a ball and die, everything you do is wrong, or not fast enough and she’s so critical and as soon as I got there my parents had to come in for a minute then they left to go to a nearby town (I can’t drive) and I got so overwhelmed with anxiety before she had even said anything to me, just knowing what was coming, and I got so hot, I was shaking and stressed with that overwhelming hot feeling. it was probably the worst “panic” I’ve had so far. But it wasn’t super visible to my other coworker and the boss, or they didn’t notice.

Another day my other boss (the one Iove, she’s great) and one of my favorite coworkers was working, and we got slammed and the other boss walked in and I got soooo stressed out and afterwards I was people asking me, “are you okay?” As they could obviously tell I was very stressed.

@@sukafa7644 I was overthinking of the past , threw up because of how nauseas I got then got hot flashes, a whole overwhelming sensation took over my whole body, passed out, laid there and got up because my brother helped me. I threw up a lot when I got up. Felt okay for 2 seconds then got another panic attack in the 3 second and had to sit down because the feeling got too overwhelming again and I didn’t want to collapse again. I threw up way less the third and first time and waited for it to pass down. I was sitting down, I was sweating profusely after all that was over.. is that part of bd or should I look more deep into it?? It’s been a while since I got a bad panic attack. I am able to manage the mild ones but this one was to intense and I haven’t gotten one like this for 2/3 years now also it was more different symptoms than the first intense one I ever got.
With the mild ones I just grind my teeth and shake a lot and have to calm myself, nauseas, etc but I was always in control. I mean at times I do feel like I can get a seizure with the feelings and sensations I get. It doesn’t feel good but I calm down after a bit of thinking of “happy thoughts”. They have been mild after the first big one. Sorta.. I am always in control of my panic attacks. Now I was rumination so hard of old faces that did have a negative impact in my life this year, before I got my panic attack and I hit my head on the pavement when I fell down.. I didn’t see it coming tbh :( I don’t want to give them control of my life but thinking of them made me spiral out in a bad way because I shouldn’t let ppl who aren’t in my life affect me so much. This happened today too😅
I just saw a video: Nobody had gotten harmed or died from a Panic attack. You may feel uncomfortable but just remember you won’t be harmed!!
the absolute worst is when it happens in traffic. what helps me is calming music/drink some water. I find that if im dehydrated it happens more frequently

I Have anxiety and I attempt my first panic attack yesterday .... The attack lasted for 1hrs or 50 minutes and I really got scared .....
I was suffering from panic attack. It feels like Earth is shaking, always have some fear, always felt nothing going right, have body pain and nausea.
There is only one treatment to it and it is from my personal experience
None of the medication/antidepressants(nexito, amisulphuride etc.) will work for long term.
Only solution to it is talk to yourself that everything is alright and nothing has happened and you are strong, take slow and deep breath, involve in multiple daily activities, drink lot of water, do rigorous exercise daily(join gym), try chiropractor(in case of body pain)
Most importantly need to put some courage to tackle the fear that is causing anxiety.
Eg. in my case the fear was that if I will study long I will fall ill and have migraine issues and if I will have eggs in my diet I will have cancer in long term(health anxiety). I challenged it everyday and now I am 99 percent recovered.
Follow the steps else life will be hell and it will form a vicious cycle and will go on for years. External source will not help in long run.

@oint-12345 I haven't experience this scenario, but usually I got panic attack in middle of the work. For eg. when I am studying or watching reels/videos, my pulse will suddenly shoot up with trembling/like earthquake is occurring situation and it feels like nothing is going right(a very dull and negative feeling). Then I will drink water, do some walk, talk to myself and in 10-15 minutes it will be alright.
I have consulted psychiatrist, according to him it can occur anytime, and it is not possible to carry on the work during that period whether it is riding a bike or some other stuff. Please rule out it is not motion/cybersickness, if it is not long term solution is some lifestyle changes like drinking lot of water, doing deep breathing exercise, healthy diet, 8 hours+ sleep, reducing on alcohol, reducing masturbation frequency(maybe once a week or month), indulge in social activities, gradually challenging the tasks which cause fear.

@@anjarshidique786 As I mentioned before I have no fear of riding bike or bicycle. Every person has different fear/trigger points. If you are afraid of riding bike, the solution to this is either to take public transport or someone expert is sitting at the back seat of your bike motivating you throughout your ride journey so that your confidence level boost. It will not happen suddenly but will take time.

I have both GAD and panic disorder. Panic attacks are by far the worst, so glad I don’t have them as much anymore.

I had a panic attack during class and I was crying and girls came up to me and were like “what’s wrong” “are you okay?”
I had one today in pe and my pe teacher told me to stop being stupid and to just get changed and when I did everything started to go black so I got dressed really slow and I wad grabbing on to this bar thing on the side of the bench to stop myself from falling. And I didn't end up doing pe and had a different teacher and after this the first teacher started moaning at me and said that I WILL fail pe and it will ruin my GCSES and negatively impact my college applications and stuff and make me struggle with this part of life.
(She says I always try to get out of pe and when I broke my arm, before I did it she said I was faking it and then when she realised said she told me I broke it 😅 and it has been fine for like 2 weeks now and I've done 2 pe lessons in this time span and she says I haven't because last lesson I was the same as today and sat out. And also I broke my arm 5 months ago when it hasn't even been 2.)

Today at school suddenly when i was just listening to teacher i started feeling anxious but not like panic attack or like panic attack but not so bad. It felt weird and i tried to breath but it doesnt worked. Anyways after the lesson i telled my teacher about that and she said i have to breath very slow. And on the break i just sitted by myself. If you are under hyp thyroid medication and if you feel panic. Stop thyroid medication immediately and in 2 days you will be normal.
I had one. It was through pain and suffering. Let’s say, I had a bad day. I don’t want to talk about it. It happened in 2012-2013. I’m not exactly sure what happened. Sometimes I remember it one way, sometimes another.
This started when i was watching a video on heart attack and suddenly got the symptoms that were shown in the video of heart attack and thought i am gone,
It's over and i am dying but recovered after a hell of 10 mins but after that my life became a hell and i started feeling like i have few more weeks remaining.
Leaving this now i am little bit good than before as i get panic attack not so frequently like before
But get sudden panic when i hear words like death or heart attack hope so it will vanish off in future.

I am a licenced psychologist and I can tell you that this is no medical term. It doesn't exist. There are panic attacks, there is anxiety but there is no such thing as "anxiety attacks".

@@GiorgiaPinti It exists, it's just not listed in the criteria for mental health disorders. The criteria sometimes can be inaccurate and many licensed therapists are trying to bring awareness of the newfound mental health related things.

I have a panic attack whenever I have to travel somewhere. It makes me feel nauseous, difficulty in breathing, and fainting. When I told this to my family members they were like then you can't even do a Job, don't think too much it's nothing etc.

Ok, I’ve been known to have anxiety, everywhere, any time. It’s especially at night or when faced with audio or visual things. I hav w o idea what causes them but i know I’ve always had them. One night i noticed i was acting out of the ordinary and went straight to my parents. I was hyperventilating and i felt like o couldn’t move. They offered me food, but i couldn’t eat, it felt like i was gonna be sick. We figured it was because i was into horror stuff at the time and was recently told a terrifying legend. I’ve been having them ever sense and it often comes down to the symptoms of; temporary paralysis, violent shivering or jolting, crying for no reason, increase in heart rate, feeling sick or dizzy when attempting to eat. I found that what usually calms me down is watching a familiar animated movie and/or TH-camrs I’ve known through the years. What is the bad part, is I’ve grown so dependent on having my device on me to calm my nerves, that I have anxiety attacks when it’s taken away.
Actually panic attacks and anxiety attacks are the same thing (the correct medical term is anxiety attack though.) I think part of the reason why people think they’re two different things is because the symptoms of a panic attack can vary.

I don’t know what happened recently, but I was walking with a few friends and we were talking about something that I genuinely did not feel comfortable talking about, and my heart started beating faster, my eyes started to feel slightly darker, and my legs felt like literal jello, I was scared I was actually going to pass out, I have no clue what it was but I do know that my anxiety has been bad so I really don’t know.

In was a rental and kept stopping and then when we pulled over to check why it wasn’t stopping it rammed into a back of a truck and it was so scary and I had a full on panic attack my friend was crying and I got seatbelt burn on my neck, all good now though 😅
I had no idea that was what was happening. i thought something was wrong with my heart. I dont look paniced to people, and im not breathing abnormally, but i experience all the other symptoms. Is that still a panic attack?
Had a panic attack earlier today for literally little reason I started feeling really scared for some reason and couldn’t breath and basically thought I was dying for a good 10 min it sucked
I have anxiety attacks but I can’t control them and a lot of the time I don’t feel like I’m gonna pass out I just hyperventilate but a lot of my anxiety attacks last for a whole day until they stop

Why do ppl think panic attacks are worse then anxiaty attacks due to an anxiety attack u could get a hesrt attack u could puke and due to symptoms you can become unhealthy
