Great video. But why did we join both the pivots, as in doesn't it follow a flow and the changes in first pivot are reflected in the second pivot?

Have you ever run across Tableau Prep changing the order of the columns when exporting to csv? When I export on my desktop version it saves ok but when it runs on the tableau server it changes the order.
