Great video and very approachable to people that are familiar with excel. I love that power query is in PowerBI and excel so it’s an easy transition into visualization once you get comfortable with data cleaning

It depends haha. Sometimes Excel, sometimes Power Query, sometimes Python, sometimes Tableau... It just depends on the use case and what's most efficient.
Did you use Excel on VM on your Mac or in a Windows PC?
I use Excel on my PC
I have a question please... When I open power query and load my data the green bars above column name not appear I tried to show them but I found two options in data view tab whitespace and monospaced how I show the other options ... I use excel 2019

That might be a version issue then. I'm using the latest Microsoft apps for everything.

You can actually change type simultaneously by pressing ctr while choosing the column. BTW thanks for this video

He is fast but this is a goldmine. I can recommend watching Alex the analyst first as that's what I did and I think it was very easy to follow.
