I needed to hear that part about how healthy looks different for everyone. I'm a powerlifter, and compete, so I'm bigger and eat quite a bit to feed my lifts. But some would look at me and think I'm obese and unhealthy ❤️ thank you

I honestly all think we have a bit of anxiety at the moment especially with lockdown ending,I'm on the mid North Coast NSW and I know we didn't it to the extreme like you did but I have definitely noticed in the last couple of days the town has gotten a lot busier.
