Hey, just wondering does your girls Childcare Centre (we call it Childcare in Melbourne) not provide them food during the day? I only ask as I notice you make them lunch (there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this by the way, I’m just curious) and pack it for them whereas here in Melbourne all our Childcare Centres provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and also a late snack for any children who are still in care past 5:45pm. In Family Day Care it’s the same thing. I only know this as I work in Childcare (in Junior Kinder- 3-4 year olds) and for us we only have children in Kinder bring a lunch box as they’re 4-5 (sometimes 6 depending on parent request and their development) as they’re preparing for grade Prep and beyond.

Hey I just try to eat balanced now I did equalution which taught me how to count macros and just make sure I get enough protein which is what I focus on now 😍
