❗️ Better than meat! Few know this super creamy pasta recipe! Irresistibly good 🤤

I cook this recipe so often and get excited about it every time! This spicy creamy sauce coats the tortellini perfectly😋. And what of course always goes great with it are spinach and tomatoes 😍. Here you can also vary with fresh or dried tomatoes. Personally, I like the dried tomatoes a little better, because they taste more intense and thus offer a new flavor note. For the preparation you need certainly not long and in a few minutes you have conjured up a super creamy and delicious food 🤩! Have it your way schmecken👩🍳 !
Ingredients for 3-4 servings:
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons flour (e.g. wheat, or gluten-free variant rice flour)
200ml cream
200ml milk
400g tortellini (e.g. with cheese filling, spinach filling, etc.)
200ml pasta water (or more, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce)
75g parmesan cheese
pepper and salt (parmesan is already salty)
125g fresh spinach
About 6-8 dried tomatoes (or fresh tomatoes, depending on your preference)
