I would vouch for this and say yes. I have 7ft break starter build with 95strength 256lbs and 65perimeter D. and i tell you once you bump one of them boys its over. I have HOF immovable inforcer and HOF Brick wall. I guess them HOF helps alot. I can move pretty decent with 65 speed. All you need is to read where the ball handler goes and your good.
Little late but clamps is a must in this 2k if you want to stop slashers. The strength makes them lose more stamina bars but without clamps it’s very hard to get body up animations and if you don’t meet a 94+ driving dunk player near the perimeter you’re getting postered
