I am 100% in the Woo camp here. Not a taxidermy fan, but I like the shirts and the trading cards section. I'm not sure I'd go to this if it was close to me, but there might be just enough to go there with someone who was really interested. The price is certainly affordable!
Hi Adam! Thanks for posting this video. We went to the Chicago Oddities and Curiosities Expo this summer. I am with you that sometimes the taxidermy and animals can get a bit overwhelming. Not everyone's cup of tea. However, I did read on the Expo website that all animals sold at the show must be sustainably sourced (roadkill, foraged, come from clinics, etc). Helped me feel a little better about it. However, lots of other cool and weird things to look at!
Great video! Have you ever visited the International Cryptozoology Museum in Portland, Maine? We just got back from there but we visited the museum a few years ago and I think you’d enjoy it.
When I was a teenager my school did a student exchange program where we went to stay with a family in France and then the French kid came back to the UK to stay in my family home. When I arrived at the house I was staying at for the week the dad of the family was a taxidermist by trade and EVERY wall and shelf was crammed with stuffed beheaded animals!!…. It was like staying in a horror movie! 😮

My all time favorite collab… love when Carpetbagger and AdamTheWoo get together 😀
After all the wacky conventions Adam goes too it's funny that this convention freaked him out
Heck yeah, man.
Thanks for sharing. Interesting event.

Thanks for featuring a bunch of Monsterologist art on the video! And for picking up some patches for the giveaway! Much appreciated.
Great Video , Love the Randomness
What a coincidence, while you were recording this yesterday, I WAS a six foot tall man eating chicken at dinner time
Hey Adam
Good find. Totally going next year.
I love this event! I've gone two years in a row now and can't wait for next year!
