In high school my teacher evaluated me as one who lacks ability and desire. That was three degrees ago. Never been so happy since I became a self employed attorney. Thanks for the insight.
Regarding the "They feel drained after social events" ... When I first went into management at my company, HR sent all new managers to a 2 week leadership bootcamp. One of the three instructors, "Frank", was this way. He attributed it to being an INTJ Myers-Briggs type. Back then, we only knew about Alphas and Betas - not a peep of a Sigma type. Anyway, at the end of every day, Frank would disappear off to his room or alone somewhere to decompress or recharge. I would sometimes see him at the "garden" of the hotel, just sitting there alone, staring into space. He did tell us one day in class that this is common for INTJs. BTW, Frank was a quiet yet outstanding manager for our company. He was very intelligent. I can 'see' why he was tapped to teach in these leadership boot-camps.
I've been called names such as "strange," "different," "weird," and "proud" my entire life because I don't care what people think about me. I've even gotten this from my parents and siblings! Until recently, I didn't know about the Sigma character and its rarity. So, it's never too late to "know thyself" and make the most out of it for the best possible life. I recommenf this video to anyone who's been labeled an "outsider" because he makes his own way in life and thinks outside the proverbial box. These are classic signs of a Sigma and these types are the guys who come out of the shadows to save the world in a time of need.
Worked around such men of status inside they’re propped up children in need of attention in actuality they envy others who have a natural way about them without having to use status as badge. The world is messed up because the wrong ones are fast tracked into leadership rolls when they don’t really posses the qualities too lead.
Leadership roles often get filled by someone who wants to lead, regardless of their ability. The ones who make the best decisions often don't seek the power which is likely why you see so many psychopaths in leadership roles.

I'm actually all of these things, and I see it as it is. I don't subscribe to societal norms being that the things society accept are actually unrighteous and weird. Not everyone subscribed is a sigma, some can be unrealized zetas.
You're right, it's important to think for yourself. This can sometimes be an unpopular opinion, but it's worth standing up for what you believe in regardless. Sigma or Zeta, it's important to stick with your values and trust that they will lead you in the right direction.

I consider myself as a sigma and dont care about what others think of me but it was strange for me why i feel so strange about myself. People like me and kind always but i cant connect with them on a deeper level. I can speak with everyone the popular ones and the peoeple who are always laughed on but i dont care. I cant get along with alphas cus they cant dominate me but they desperatly try to even tho in the surface im very approchable and kind but i have an extreme level of confidence. I really dont care what others think but its good to know i have traits what a sigma has even if im not fully a sigma myself so i dont feel strange about myself. You have to understand that sigma males not perfect and even tho they dont care others what thinks of them they care about what they think of themselfs- this is why they have high confidence cus they know themself and its not strange for sigmas to realize they are different from others and wants to know the answers about themselfs.
