I just wanted to say that I started grating my whole block of cocoa butter with a cheese grater & store it grated. When I need some, I don't have to chip it off with a knife. I can just spoon it out. It melts so much better too, because it's small uniform pieces.

Use the cake icing bags and or cling wrap. It will be easier to put it in the jars. Very pretty.

Nice product. Love the look of it. I found that i f you put a damp piece of kitchen paper it will help keep the jar still on the scales. Just tare it off at the beginning

To each their own! Don't let someone tell you how it "should" be done! If it works for you to use parchment paper then good for you! It's one thing to make a suggestion it's another thing to tell someone how they should do something
You need a non slip mat to stop your jars from sliding around, also, I think if the hole on your piping bag should be a little bit bigger. Thanks for sharing 😊

Hope this can help you. I also make my own base for the sugar/ salt foaming scrub and what I do to save time I dedicate one day to make the base and when I receive the orders I add my additives, for me for example will be my avocado oil, coffee seed oil and the fragrance or EO, thank you. I know we all have different ways to do things, but this helped me save some time

Would you ever add a pure vanilla scent to your line? A scrub, bath bomb, lotion. Anything really!
Jerika! Can you do a video about taking product photos? I also make soap & make gift boxes but have troubles with finding a way to aesthetically make the boxes look good in photos. I could use all the help I can get!

I read on a website I purchased my germall plus from and it stated to use on temperatures lower than 120 degrees.
Liquid Germall Plus should be added at 122°F and below.

Hi Jerika! Love you guys! I see you both wear hair nets while making your products, but I have an odd question: how do you keep your PET'S hair out of any of your products? I have a very hairy cat that I love, but my fear is that a customer will contact me that they found a cat hair in their bath bomb. I would be absolutely horrified and I fear my business couldn't recover from something like that. Tips?
I have the exact same fear! They aren't allowed in the room where I make soap and candles and I have an air purifier and yet still I've found my Oz's fur. So far I've seen it quickly and been able to remove it but it is my greatest fear when I start selling. I am going to let people know that they are made in a home with cats and a dog so if someone has a deathly bad allergy they know to steer clear of my business. But would love to know how they deal with it!

if i were to do a coffee one with coffee essential oil would i just do equal amounts to FO that i usually do?
you have to check the usage rate on the essential oil. should be on the website where you got it from. if there isn't one then i wouldn't use it
