She has sung in 12 languages in total • she is an amazing songwriter and wrote lyrics for most her songs, in the 4 languages she speaks fluently. She likes to meet others, and her fans are always pleasantly surprised when this happens. She was raised in sicilia first then in Belgium so she speaks both italian and french as native languages. She has been classically trained on vocal, piano and songs composition for 10 years ( from 8 to 18) in the Brussels Royal Conservatory. She is still having vocal lessons and training several times a week today. She started her career in Canada in the early 90s, more precisely in Quebec, the french-speaking part of Canada. She became very famous in Quebec and then conquered France in 1996/1997 (she topped charts there and some of her songs such as "Je t'aime" or "Tout" became classics of the french music). And she covered "Love is like a dream" before him (song from Igor Krutoy originally performed by Alla Pugacheva). Finally, they also performed "Ti Amo Cosi" together, in trio with Aida Garafulina: this is a song that she performed originally with Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Sumi Jo then again later with Dmitri and Alina Yarovaya, before this new trio with Dimash and Aida. je vous répond en Français parce que je pense que vous l'êtes.
whether you are a Barbra Streisand fan or not you (and I put myself in this category) must admire greatness...........Lara Fabian is a devotee of Streisand and in one of her concerts ( called PURE -- ) she covers two of Streisand's song from the movie YENTLE -- even Barbra herself never sang these two songs back to back in a live performance ........Phenomenal !! It's called the yentle medley --- you can thank me later !
@@CVTECK1 Been following her since 1991 when she moved to Québec Province from Belgium. She wrote more than 200 songs, 16 albums, 30 million sold and now at 53yo still touring the world. Not very well known in The USA, but i will let others tell you this sad story. Every time you ear a new song from her, it becomes your new favorite....Yess theres, Céline, Mariah, Withney, but Lara is in an other league with Dimash
Lara Fabian is the best ever talent her voice is a gift from god and gift for us as well for me she is the school of vocal singers lara is ❤ for ever and ever when she start si ging she takes you to another level wow wow lara .....❤❤❤
She makes you feel the words , she is not singing ,she pulls you into her story, she pulls you into the songs, and make you feel the words, but even when she has a song with no words like :" Vocalise " ( wach that please live) she still makes you feel the song. Send you love from Romania❤
It's not only you man, it is the same with all of us who love Lara - she is spectacular, incredible woman, voice, presence, touch, tendernes and so on - she is the greatest! Please react to Love by Grace, live at Juno Awards.
Welcome to the rabbit hole of Lara Fabian. The most wonderful voice of her generation. After hearing her for the first time for about 3 years ago i just had to se her live. So i whent to Tallin i october 2022 to se her in concert. And man..she is still going strong and much of the magic is still there. She looks stunning at the age of 53. Thanks for a great reaction.
Hi, there. I really love your reaction. Everything you've said about Lara, in a nutshell, boils down to one thing - she is unique and basically and essentially untouchable. The emotions? Probably 99% from people's comments joins your voice on that. That's why she is now known as the "Powerhouse of emotions"! I will leave to some other researchers on your channel to fill you in about our Queen. Look out for information from especially Eric. A wonderfully open hearted and generous reaction.
Real diva Lara Fabian❤. Please remember allways listen Lara live. So this song is a creation on an italian composer ,but Lara was the one to put the words on the song. The song is originally with no words just a timeless masterpiece & Lara did an amazing job by transforming this song into a hit❤. After Lara did this song manny tryed to sing it ,Dimash did a cover of her song. Lara & Dimash works with Igor Krutoy so manny songs of Igor where sing by both Dimash & Lara like : Vocalise, Mademoiselle Hyde, Karma, Love of tired swans etc songs sing both by Dimash & Lara.
Lara The Great! Way up there - Lara is part of a VERY small handful of the best female vocalists in the world. She 'connects' not only because of the sheer beauty of her voice and her immaculate Master Class 'toolkit' of vocal techniques, but because she 'inhabits' each song. She is a STORYTELLER who sings from the heart and pours every atom into every performance. 😍🤩
I feel you. I heard Lara for the first time a few months ago and I'm stuck as well. I am obsessed and also I feel cheated cause so evil power must have been at work for me not to have heard of her sooner. Truly best vocalist ever
she wrote this song ( the lyrics to be accurate ) -- in addition to a technically performer she is an astonishing poet / songwriter - for me, anyway, she is the ULTIMATE ARTIST !
Love Broken Vow, always brings a tear to my eye, esp. knowing she experience the pain of suffering through her playboy fiancé Walter at the time. But honestly all her songs I have run across has been outstanding, esp from this concert in 2000. For a change up, her first US hit at 23? I will love again is really good, esp the official video and so different from the concert, and more of the 1990's US Vibe. Just a shame that she was not known as well in the US, largely due to the Sony contract that the Celine Dion Team were not happy with, when Sony signed her where she seem to be placed in the back burner, but don't quote me, as I don't have all the details, but glad I discovered her after 65 years. Just glad I finally discovered her. (Yes I agree, doing her full concert, "From Lara with Love" would be great!) Thanks for your great reaction, I felt similar when I ran across her a couple months ago, at age 67, but better late than never I suppose.
@@CVTECK1 Even if she plays the piano, she mostly writes the lyrics only, she even wrote the lyrics to some song for Dimash with the help of Igor Krutoy. Her biggest hit with Krutoy is Mademoiselle Zhivago.. Dimash also as a version of it. It’s a great song from them both.
Lara is just a queen in the making, a superbe vocalist, one of the best i ever heard , and how about her song writing , , like she says , you never know from where it comes,, in early 2000 , mostly earlier , she left quebec to upgrade in her vocation because here was limited and a move for the good of every one,,, in europe , she made her name real fast and always singing with ,like in this song,, an orchestra doing a magistral performance ,,
Tanti saluti dall'italia.

Lara Fabian is one of the most under rated Singers out there, it's a shame would love a lot more english titles or albums, now this comes from LARA WITH LOVE Album from 1999 and the same named concert in Canada, on the Album she sings this song in english and again in Italien which is the original language, thats why ADAGIO, now Lara studied music and Opera thats why she has the movements of a Opera singer, when she sings CARUSO you see and hear her studies and that with only a piano in the back ground, absolutely beautiful.
The music for Adagio in G minor for violin, strings and organ continuo is a Neo-Baroque composition popularly attributed to the 18th century Venetian master Tomaso Albinoni, but in fact composed almost entirely by the 20th century musicologist and Albinoni biographer Remo Giazotto. In 1999 Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics to the melody for Adagio. Side note: Lara has been Dimash’s muse since childhood.
"Broken Vow" is a song that was written by Lara Fabian and Walter Afanasieff for Fabian's self-titled album released in 1999. Broken Vow is a powerful and emotional ballad that was first recorded by Josh Groban in 2002. The song was written by Lara Fabian and Walter Afanasieff, and it tells the story of a broken-hearted lover expressing his anguish and sorrow over a failed relationship. The Broken Marriage Vow tells the story of Jill Ilustre (Jodi Sta. Maria), a successful doctor whose husband David (Zanjoe Marudo) has an affair with the young and beautiful yoga instructor Lexy Lucero (Sue Ramirez).
hello, you compare to Maria Carey, but no there is no comparison to be made with anyone. she is unique and her voice transfixes us, she is known all over the world, but in the United States her career was stopped because of Céline Dion. Obviously Céline was too afraid that she would overshadow her, that's quite simply monstrous, but thanks to the reaction of TH-cam finally you discovered her, and I hope that you will claim her in the USA, she has a revenge to take. Thank you for continuing to support her.
Yes, Dimash did the cover of this song. He admires Lara and she admires him. They have a song together, Ti Amo Cosí. Dimash, Aida Garafullina y Lara Fabián. She is my favorite female singer. A very humble person and the greatest female singer. Thank you for your reaction. ❤️🙏❤️
To be honest, the songs in the entire concert are actually worthy of your making videos. This is Lara 's heyday, every performance was far superior to its peers. Recommend two songs Lara Coverd of Italian songs--Caruso and perdere l'amore. The appeal of songs transcends language, but it is still recommended that you find a version with subtitles and translations, so that you can feel it better. The tone of voice and body language used by Lora are exquisite.
🇨🇦 Dimash does the 'cover' and Idolizes Lara ! Lara writes, produces and arranges most of her songs/performances ! You can do yourself a favour and react next to "You're not from here" and then I recommend three others to see her full range ! "Requiem pour un fou" which is a duet with Johnny Hallyday, "Caruso" and "I will love again" which was her first hit ! Trust me !
In my opinion, this is the only cover where the original artist (Lara Fabian) can stand up to Dimash. Every other cover he has ever done, he blew the song out water and made listening to the original difficult. But this is Lara Fabian, the best female vocalist on the planet😍😍😍 I love both equally. She has so many great songs. I love Caruso but you should also listen to some of her earlier Pop songs and the video where she is playing with her voice Acapello..🌹❤️🌹 🤩🤩Hugs from Canada🦭🇨🇦
I love your reaction! ☺Lara Fabian is really an amazing, beautiful woman, with a wonderful voice and an amazing way of performing. She is a genius! Maybe would you like to react to the song "You're Not from Here" as well? It was performed at the same concert. (From Lara With Love) I would really like to see how it affects you. 🙂
Adagio was composed by Tomaso Albinoni (1651-1741 Venice, Italy). Remo Giazotto claimed to have found a fragment of the Adagio music piece in the bombed out State Library in Dresden after WWII. From out of 6 measures he found, Giazotto put together what we know now as Albinoni's Adagio in G minor. Lara Fabian wrote the lyrics in Italian and English. Please do a reaction to Perdere L'Amore. Thank you.
Remo Giazotto wrote it in the mid 20th century. It gets attributed to Albinoni because Remo said it was based on a scrap of Albinoni's music that he found.
You have listened to both Lara and Dimash singing Adagio. So for a real treat check out Lara and Dimash singing together along with Aida Garafullina. Singing Ti Amo Cosi !
You havnt heard from her because she was blocked from interring the US market by Celin Dions group. Apparently she didnt want the competition as both where from Canada.
Very few artists have the ability to take every audience member on the journey into the song. No wonder Dimash idolises her. So much of what he does comes from her. She is the best. She even uses a breath to speak. PS. She borrowed the melody from Albenoni.
Lara Fabian is a French singer very well known in our country, we have a second extraordinary singer for her concert intros, her name is Mylène Farmer you should watch, she does concert entrances better than Madonna, that's what many say

Tears in my eyes. Only Lara can do that to me…
whether you are a Barbra Streisand fan or not you (and I put myself in this category) must admire greatness...........Lara Fabian is a devotee of Streisand and in one of her concerts ( called PURE -- ) she covers two of Streisand's song from the movie YENTLE -- even Barbra herself never sang these two songs back to back in a live performance ........Phenomenal !! It's called the yentle medley --- you can thank me later !
Lara is incredibly generous.
Lara Fabian is the Top female vocaliste of this century...
She is Amazing Robert and the emotions in her face just gets me
@@CVTECK1 Been following her since 1991 when she moved to Québec Province from Belgium.
I THOUGH I WOULD HEAR A VOICE LIKE THAT ONLY IN HEAVEN. PERFECTION, JUST PERFECTION
so good
She wrote the song, she is a big Idol for Dimash. He has listened to her already at the age of 11.
I connect like you do.....I play it over and over and over and over
Lara's just one of the greatest performers of the last thirty years.
she wrote this song on the music of Albinoni . 😎👍
Which turned out to be a music of Remo Giazzotto who pretended it was from Albinoni.
you are right . but the version in G minor by Albinoni is the best known @@ericsicard910
"Broken Vow" and "You're Not From Here" from the same concert are a must.
Lara Fabian is just out of category ...+1
She makes you feel the words , she is not singing ,she pulls you into her story, she pulls you into the songs, and make you feel the words, but even when she has a song with no words like :" Vocalise " ( wach that please live) she still makes you feel the song. Send you love from Romania❤
She is perfection!
Everytime I see lara finish a song there is always a standing ovation , no other female singer gets a standing ovation , she is the best ❤️
She’s actually my favorite female singer, sings with emotion and vocals are stellar
Lara & Dimash works with Igor Krutoy so manny songs of Igor where sing by both Dimash & Lara like : Vocalise, Mademoiselle Hyde, Karma, Love of tired swans etc songs sing both by Dimash & Lara.
she is the best is magical!!!!!!!! in italian caruso and perdere el amore!!!!!!!!
You are not the only one...she is "a connect"❤
I love Broken vow, and You are not from here.
From the same concert.
Bless you. From Ireland.
Perdere L'Amore (in Italian) considered her best "love" song from this (for PBS) concert by many.
She wrote it, this is from the nineties. She’s incredible! From the same “from Lara with Love” concert, try Caruso (in Italian)
Anything from this 1999 concert is pure gold. "Broken Vow" or "Caruso" next!
I keep seeing those two songs come up so I will James
The whole concert is one amazing performance after another.
she wrote this song ( the lyrics to be accurate ) -- in addition to a technically performer she is an astonishing poet / songwriter - for me, anyway, she is the ULTIMATE ARTIST !
Hello, you are right, the whole concert is worth watching... many really good performances...
Broken Vow from the same concert should be your next one, it’s her favourite English song that she wrote.
I finding that she wrote a lot of her songs.
Lara is just a queen in the making, a superbe vocalist, one of the best i ever heard , and how about her song writing , , like she says , you never know from where it comes,, in early 2000 , mostly earlier , she left quebec to upgrade in her vocation because here was limited and a move for the good of every one,,, in europe , she made her name real fast and always singing
with ,like in this song,, an orchestra doing a magistral performance ,,
Tanti saluti dall'italia.
I will thank you
Reaccióna por favor a Caruso, You're not from here, Perderé l'amore, Quédate, To love again,,I Guess i loved You,Tout, tango,Parce que tu pars, Traviatta, Desesperate housewife, Mademoiselle hide, Lebedy! Gracias!
Great reaction. You said you were going to react to more of Lara so you just got a new subscriber. Gigantic Lara fan here.
Yes I will
She is so loved!
Thank you for continuing to support her.
someone said the quiet part allowed ❤ God bless you
Yes, Dimash did the cover of this song. He admires Lara and she admires him. They have a song together, Ti Amo Cosí.
Dimash, Aida Garafullina y Lara Fabián.
She is my favorite female singer. A very humble person and the greatest female singer. Thank you for your reaction. ❤️🙏❤️
Broken vow by Lara is just perfect !!!
I just finished it and wow
To be honest, the songs in the entire concert are actually worthy of your making videos. This is Lara 's heyday, every performance was far superior to its peers. Recommend two songs Lara Coverd of Italian songs--Caruso and perdere l'amore. The appeal of songs transcends language, but it is still recommended that you find a version with subtitles and translations, so that you can feel it better. The tone of voice and body language used by Lora are exquisite.
Mine too brother totally feel you
The song was composed by Tamasco Aldononi in the 16th century with no words Lara wrote tthe lyrics to this masterpiece
Nica analysis about the gesture, the performance
My favorite ❤❤ love her🇨🇼🇨🇼🇨🇼
Más reacciones a Lara por favor¡¡¡. Ella es sublime¡¡
She is my all-time best vocal..
Dimash cover Lara. This song is from Lara. She is silk and Dimash is passion. I love both of them ❤ 🇪🇸
You got my subscription if you connect with Lara Fabian. Thankyou for your reaction x
Thank you, I will
Yesyesyes do the whole concert - you will not regret it! ❤
Johnny Halliday and Lara - Requiem (live in Paris 1998)
From lara she wrote it❤
She sings to our souls.
the whole concert would be good! it is fantastic! hahaha i would choose CARUSO from this concert too. amazing
demashe is fan of her !!!!!!!!!
But this is Lara Fabian, the best female vocalist on the planet😍😍😍
I love both equally.
She has so many great songs. I love Caruso but you should also listen to some of her earlier Pop songs and the video where she is playing with her voice Acapello..🌹❤️🌹
🤩🤩Hugs from Canada🦭🇨🇦
❤❤❤

💙 from Spain!
You have to react to Lara's "Caruso", very good
I love your reaction! 🙂
Thank you so much!! will add it to my list
Thank you! 🙂
She is the original singer of that song.
I'm just learning that now it's great
DO THE WHOLE CONCERT! IM IN 😅
Adagio was composed by Tomaso Albinoni (1651-1741 Venice, Italy). Thank you.
She is from Sicily.moovedto Belgiam...andnow live inCanada
no my friend, it's not just you.
also, her voice works so good for me... even when she just speaks.
Music composed by Tomaso Albinioni in 18 century. Lyrics written by Lara Fabian.
Remo Giazotto wrote it in the mid 20th century. It gets attributed to Albinoni because Remo said it was based on a scrap of Albinoni's music that he found.
Great reaction ths amazing Lara ! Please check out Perdere L'amore and Your Not From Here from this same concert thx
Added!
More Lara for us?
Yes!!!!
Lara is an idole for Dimash, as he says
hola hello LISTEN LARA FABIAN '( "CARUSO" SING ITALIAN) ( "quedate" sing spanish )and ( "YENTL " magistral cover barbara streisand )
“Mademoiselle Hyde”’is another one of her most amazing songs.
Lara sing vison of live Mariah Carey in live Concert she's young bit it's incredible
You have listened to both Lara and Dimash singing Adagio. So for a real treat check out Lara and Dimash singing together along with Aida Garafullina. Singing Ti Amo Cosi !
WHATTTTTTTTTTT are you serious Peter omg.
I advise you to watch the video : Lara Fabian - Je t’aime (live in Paris 2001). what emotion! Hello from France 😉
You havnt heard from her because she was blocked from interring the US market by Celin Dions group. Apparently she didnt want the competition as both where from Canada.

Yes sir
Check out "You're not from here", from the same concert.
You need the listen to her version of Caruso even better
this song is Lara's song she wrote it.
Do the whole concert yes
Will do
Very few artists have the ability to take every audience member on the journey into the song.
She wrote this song first. She’s the original all the way.
Nice reaction! You can't go wrong with Lara Fabian's live performances! The only criticism is that you keep calling her Laura and it's Lara
it's heres
She created it. Dimash covered it. He's a fan of her.
Dimash did cover. This is Lara's song. Lara is Dimash's inspiration
She wrote that song and Dimash covered it.
bruh lara sang that song back in 2000 demash was born 1994 he was 6 years old
