As business owners we have to wear different hats all the time, but the one hat that a lot of new and veteran business owners forget is becoming a Marketer. So here are my 3 Main Marketing Tactics, we use in our daycare business to keep the phones ringing off the hook and families booking tours.

And A lot of these problems need money to solve them. So we as Daycare owners, we need a way to keep the revenue flowing so we can keep running our business.
The best way to increase revenue is by enrolling more children, and booking tours for the waiting list.

So My wife and I decided a few years ago after we had our 3 child that we didn’t want to pay the high cost of daycare anymore.
We figured we would rather have our kid home during the day and that would make it easier for us when it came to work.
After some brainstorming we decided to open up our first daycare. It was a small home daycare.
After 1 year we was able to open a second location not to far from our house. 23 kids was the cap.
Today I run the day to day at our centers and my wife handles the educational part of the business.
We had a lot of ups and downs and have learned so many lessons that we wanted to share with you.

My first business was a Digital Marketing Agency, so PPC and Facebook came naturally to me.
