The C6 Corvette, most notably the Z06, is the most perfect car imo

70% of the video is (it shifts faster it's not a 6 speed automatic). I agree the 4 speed automatic is a joke But just get a manual.

Anything but 05 is … 4 speeds is not it…

The problem with automatic transmission is…it’s an automatic transmission. This is not the type of car that should have an automatic transmission… ever!

Love the C7 Z06 wheels and tires on your GS. Did the C7 tpm sensors work or did you install C6 tpm sensors in the C7 wheels? Looking to do the same setup. Thanks

No such thing as a 2006 iPhone son. 2007 1st year for the iPhone.

"Buyer's Guide" with no mention of convertibles, Z06 or ZR1 or 427 special edition? No discussion of manual transmission changes? You should have titled this "Automatic Corvettes I have owned."

This is another nicely done video. When I was shopping for my C6 I wanted a 2008 or newer model due to the engine and transmission changes. I found a 2011 Grand Sport online with almost no mileage but it was 1LT. My Corvette guru suggested I find a car that was better-optioned and in 2015 I bought my 2008 Z51 Coupe (6 MT) 3LT, one of only 212 Base Coupes brought into Canada that year, with barely break-in mileage and saved me a great deal of money as well. That money goes to gasoline as in three summers I have put on more mileage than the previous owner did in eight. There is nothing remotely comparable to the Corvette for value for performance and aesthetic dollar. And, Brad, that Grand Sport is gorgeous! My wife is anxious that we get C7 wheels and yours look really super so I will lurk on the Corvette Forum.

I appreciate this video a ton. I bout a 2013 GS based on your recommendations and my own testing. In my opinion the 2013 C6 was best corvette made. Just love it.

I am absolutely in love with the interior of your car. That red just popped the second you opened that door. What a beautiful car. Paying a couple more things off before I make an attempt at buying one of these.

really liked your video. I have had several since 2010, 1st was a 2000, very nice driver , couple of 08 and ,2010s , 10 standard, stingray , and 11, this one my first GS, all convert and now 2013 gs 60th anniv. coupe You are so right about the changes within the years. I thought my 11gs was the most . I trade them while the miles are under 45, I think the seats in the 3lt series are the most comfortable seats ever made. The suspension and handling is on point for me. I am 5'4 135 and I can drive it with a finger in most aspects, as a daily driver , I enjoy my ride to and from work lol. . Jet stream blue , best color, I loe the dual mode exaust, and the extra hp

hi nice video. the vets you are discussing are light years from my 1985 C4 with 4spd auto OD.(all original matching numbers) it is well tuned and for 230 hp kicks ass. I couldn't imagine what an LS3 would be like.

Thank you for this! I did a lot of looking on the c6's. But never knew about the transmission changes in 12' or the updated seats and steering wheel. This helps alot

When your vid turned to the red seats I was pretty amazed. Thanks for the helpful video, now I know which corvette would be best.

Awesome video man, thanks for the tip! Im searching heavily right now to choose between a manual and auto GS. I saw how slow paddles were and said to myself i’ll definitely have to tune it. But i was unaware that theyre more responsive in the 2012-2013 l, thanks!
