Yeah I have ADHD, if I have to plan my own schedule it never happens. Which is why it's not happened yet. So I kinda need someone to just tell me what to do, step by step. Do this, this many times, then do this, etc😅

Man that’s crazy I’m finishing up my last year of high school and I work at Burger King too, just started this year. Dealing with both those has cut down my time on working out by a TON but I’ve been trying to still fit in some exercise in a day and when I have a day off do heavy workouts. I’m going to use this video to help manage whatever time I have so that I can always stay active thanks again Jax and thank you to the goat Toriyama R.I.P.
11:40 Thank you for that workout idea… I can add that to what I do already… every other day I take 5 or 8 hours out of my day and I do 5 jump squats and 10 pushups... So by the end of the day, I have done 50 push-ups and 40 jump squats… I do it so often on my days off that my son would do it with me and let me know when an hour has passed so we do the workout every other hour for the day... Thank you keep up the good work with your channel
You really inspired me to get back on the road of self improvement. Back in December I felt all hope was lost, as this person illegally broke my ankle in my first wrestling match. I hated myself, I hated everyone around me, and I thought my life was over. Coincidentally, I got into Dragon Ball the day Akira Toriyama died and found out about his death 2 weeks later. Dragon ball really changed my life, and the lessons I learned from the characters have taught me to never give up and keep fighting. My surgeon says I can go back into Martial Arts like I did before I got hurt in wrestling and I will be counting down until I can fight once more. I have a new attitude on life, and this video helped me wield it. You just earned yourself a subscriber. Thank you for reading all of this, and wish me luck on my journey!
You've compounded the turtle hermit lifestyle so well, I've been doing a lot of these things but not all of them, trying to get the routine down! Always and forever will be a saiyan warrior, thank you for this and we're all gonna make goku and toriyama proud by pushing towards our goals and self-improvement!

We all learn from anime protagonists, but they all learnt from Goku. RIP Akira Toriyama, as long as there are people inspired by your work You will never be forgotten.
Brother, after watching OG DB the weeks before the sad news, I’ve been hitting the gym for the whole body. Dragon Ball has Goku training as he travels the land, and it makes training sound peak. I just needed a regime like this!
This whole past week has reminded me that I call myself a martial artist and enthusiast, but I realized it's been awhile since I actually trained. I've been missing out on so much fun. I've been going to the gym, but haven't been to a dojo in years. I will be changing that.
I get that feeling! During my teens and early twenties I used to jump from one Martial Art to another but at least doing Martial Arts consistently. I jumped not cause I wanted but because a change in my lifestyle, so I needed to adjust the dojo I train in to at least do the thing I enjoy. Now I‘M 27 and now realy wanna get into Muay Thai. I love Muay Thai for its aesthetic and it seems to do the one thing I think I enjoy the most, close up in fights, sticking to somebody. But ngl I simply love Muay Thai for its aesthetic and it‘s kinda the primary reason. So I‘m excited to hopefully join up soon, I‘m jogging and stretching to be prepared that once my state exam is over I can join the training with less struggle.
@anblueboot5364 36, I used to do Goku Ryu Karate and Jujitsu until I joined the Army, and did boxing for the few years I was in Orlando. Not sure where to go in North Carolina, I don't see too many great options.

Just want to say ever since I found you when how heavy the dumbbells you lift anime started, you're one of the main inspirations I had for trying to keep trying to exercise after losing a lot of time thanks to you getting a job, the passion you have for training in animes so addictive I noticed I started appreciating how Goku Naruto Ichigo and plenty of other anime characters out there train even more. Stuff like this is great to have so thank you
I can't wait to start incorporating this into my daily life after my surgery and recovery period. I've been bed ridden for the past 7 months and I'm the weakest I've been since I was a kid. Your channel has been an inspiration and truly makes me want to improve myself. Once again, looking forward to getting back into shape.
I know this sounds really random and out of context but I've never been understood the whole diversity thing and having people that look like you to look up to until I found your channel. This might sound corny but you've easily been my biggest inspiration to better myself and look for the brighter side of life no matter how dark things get and although there's other great youtubers out there you're the only one who I'm inspired by the most. Although I've seen many other stories of a fat kid who was bullied in school accept life's challenge and become the best version of himself yours hits the closest to me and I'm sure I'm not the only black kid who's been inspired to do better by your videos, especially your mental health ones. Forgive any weirdly worded sentences English isn't my first language but thanks for being you man.
Hey first and foremost thank you for the kind words, People afraid to be Corny but I live my Life on the cob haha, heard that recently so had to use it but I'm happy I could help and hope you're in a better place these days. You got this king and keep up the great work and youll keep progressing
Always like watching your videos. 250lbs and lately its been kind of struggle. I use to be on and off at the gym. Now I finally been consistent going 1 year and a half. A lot stronger than I use to be. Aside from my diet not being the best I been trying. What matters most for me is the consistency at the gym. It has helped me physically with my strength and mentally.
So this year so far I've legitimmately began a training arc. Your videos as well as other content creators in the past gaave me inspiration to try to get into better shape but I was never able to stick with it until now. I take self defense martial arts classses for fun and so far had basically been going on stubbornness alone until my instructor told us about a tournament coming up in 2025, so I've entered into a training arc in preperation for a tournment arc! In preperation I'm doing exersizes mostly every day, 6 times a week with a rest day to recover, and I'm already seeing results. It's mostly me trying to build up endurance because my sttamina is crap mixed with some streching, and for the first time to memory I can actually touch my toes. Still difficult and painful to do but it can at least be done. This time last year that was just plain impossible. Or, thiss time last week really, sincee this is only in the last few days I've been able to do it.
To the great Toriyama! I became passionate of fitness and becoming physically stronger when I saw Goku in the gravity training room. It taught me to go even further beyond. God bless and rest in peace to this great man.
Jax, you've inspired me probably a ton compared to anything in my whole life but 100% the most inspiration for me these last few years! And this one touched me! Your pep talk, for me, will keep me going!
Hey man just wanted to say I started watching your channel after watching your would that workout on goku and vegeta wayyy back when it came out seven years ago. I was in 7th grade back then and your channel got me hooked on fitness. Seven years later I’m in college and I just got my personal training license:) when I heard toriyama died it took me way back to 7th grade when I was watching dbz and your videos in my room trying to do handstands at 1 am lmao. Seeing this video reminded me of how and why I got into fitness and bettering myself, and while I owe a lot to Toriyama and dragon ball, i owe alot of my inspiration to you. So I will tackle life like Goku with you, but I will also tackle life like my friendly neighborhood jaxblade. Keep training!
There’s really never been another character like Goku, even Naruto and Luffy I find very different than Gokus 1 track mind of always improving himself that is just so perfect and how the series tackles that mindset. And how that mindset inadvertently changes those around him
Thank you man i was working out for 2 months straight and then i gave up all of a sudden idk why it just felt like i lost my spark, but i feel im ready to get back into it 1% a day thank you🙌🏼✨
Dude I haven't watched your videos in a couple years now and I forgot how motivating they are. I've become way better at training in that time and even if I'm not following your plans to the letter, you always make me wanna do better. Keep it up king

I have been watching this channel for about a year or so now, but this is becoming one of, if not my number 1, favorite channel. It’s super motivating and keeps things realistic, please stay awesome! And I hope everyone has a wonderful day!
I had been heavily involved in various martial arts since I was 8 years old, as well as weight training and acrobatics throughout my teens, and was HELLA strong, though I remained skinny, before I started slowing down through my 20s, and giving it all up altogether. I was 32 when I was in a car accident, and since then, I've not been able to lift any kind of weight or stretch due to my back, shoulder, and neck injuries. Add to it I have an advanced form of scoliosis. Between the scoliosis and back injuries, and not being to stand up or walk some days, I've gained weight around my mid-section, though my legs are still surprisingly thin. I'd never been able to build muscle in my youth, but the weight gain over the past 15 years SHOULD have spread over my whole body, but was stomach area instead. I've attempted to stretch and exercise again, but the injuries and scoliosis cause too much pain, and then I can't walk without a cane for some time. I'm in my mid-40s, and feel weak as a kitten anymore. I kinda live vicariously through Goku and Vegeta when it comes to training, since I can no longer train myself.
Jaxblade is a blessing definitely on my list of down to earth amazing fitness guru's, plus hes a lovable dweeb like us all. Keep up the work fantastic video
Goku definitely is one of the big inspirations why i strive to be better the next day, enjoy life, seek challenges and being happy to exist. Akira Toriyama was wise beyond his years so much that yes he too had to take his advice he wrote in his stories. Have fun to what you do and always grow stronger everyone. Definitely needed this today Jaxblade.
Thanks for the inspiration man. I been slacking so I need but also want to get back on it. I'm sad it happened but also glad theres helpful content on YT dedicated to the great late Akira Toriyama. Got yourself a new sub!
I appreciate this gem so much! Been following your stuff for a long while! Lovely stuff! In my “try something new” journey, I have picked up gymnastics for the year!
Awesome video. You are awesome and great step by step advice. Goku would be proud. Keep up the great work jaxblade. Love your channel and hope life goes well for you. Keep being awesome.
I can do so much of this if I didn't have horrible procrastination and lack of motivation problems. I believe if I fix those 2 ill surpass Goku himself lol. Awesome video that really got me thinking!!
You are truly inspiring! Huge amounts of love and respect for putting this information and energy out! I'm hoping to be back after adopting some habits.
Aye I literally got that tatted the day after Toriyama’s passing & im also working to lose weight & get as fit as i can. I’ve been big my whole life but my heaviest was 310 currently I’m at 262 & toriyamas death impacted me to finally get my shit together, make both Toriyama & Goku proud!
Switched my workouts to an upper lower split, to rest more and i definitly feel the difference, my joints feel way more healthy and don't hurt, and I feel like im gaining more muscle and strenght. Don't be afraid to rest like goku y'all
Need that tank top damn.. It's a really good video, I think this is my 4th or 5th time watching it just so that I can stay focused on my goals. Thanks, Jax. RIP to Akira Toriya , which still hurts a bit but makes me happy that he made something so influencial.
Jax blade sensei I would just like to thank you because before I discovered your channel I was a weak fat kid and got made fun of because of it and I wanted something to change but I didn’t want to commit to the work until I found your video’s and my life hasn’t been the same since so I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for inspiring me to push my limits every day just like goku

Master Turtle would be proud of you. Thanks, Jax.
Toriyama Sense! He also motivated me to get into shape

Don't be afraid to rest like goku y'all
I love you JaxBlade
Yo, sensei spittin mad facts

Jax blade sensei I would just like to thank you because before I discovered your channel I was a weak fat kid and got made fun of because of it and I wanted something to change but I didn’t want to commit to the work until I found your video’s and my life hasn’t been the same since so I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you for inspiring me to push my limits every day just like goku
