    I consistently watch these videos and take no action

    • @DutchGamesHDNL
      @DutchGamesHDNL หลายเดือนก่อน +61

      Because these videos trigger the dopamine receptors in your brain as if you're actually taking the action. I would highly recommend watching these videos only AFTER accomplishing your goals for the day.

    • @SenEpicAurelius
      @SenEpicAurelius หลายเดือนก่อน +22

      I would also recommend not watching anymore videos. Stop thinking and just start doing. You don’t need a big plan, you only need to know what you need to do today and do it over and over again.

      @mindflowclub Hey. Do you know how I can work faster and get as much done as possible every day? I'm sick and tired of the fact that time is going faster as I get older, and I want to make my days worth it. The worst part is that I still seem to try to get things done, but wouldn't know what exactly to do and just wander around as time passes quickly. I'm just beginning to wish that time would be just a little slower for us all so we can enjoy our schedule and productivity comfortably.
      Merry Christmas, brother.... and a Happy New Year. ❤🎊🎉🎅🥂

      @@jacobb8832 Not the channel's host but Healthy Gamer GG has a neat video about being tired. The tldr is that "tired" is more reflective of an emotion than of an actual state. There can be physical ailments, of course, but a lot of times your organism is trying to conserve energy even if long-term it's better to put in some extra work. I personally find the concept fascinating even though I still believe that ordinary life as is can be tiring on an objective level, not just on that of a feeling caused by our minds.

  • @wokyom

    Your right brother. I haven't been consistent, and I'm not seeing results because I wasn't patient or committed. Though 2024 is almost over, there is still one more month to change how it ends. To everyone who sees this, let's stay focused, patient, and consistent with the one month we have left in 2024. Really give it our 100%, do the things others are unwilling to do. Let's make sure we don't end the year regretting how much we could've done throughout this year, and the only way of doing that is by truly giving it all you have, since if you really do, you will have no regrets.

    Thank you for creating this wonderful video. I've watch a lot of motivational videos already, yet I couldn't make any progress. I noticed that I just end up forgetting all of the advices I have heard or that I never really started doing it. Now, I realise that I don't need to watch many motivational videos or listen to 1000 advices. All I need to do is to start and to stick with it, no matter how much I hate it or how painful it is. Even though I have only realise it now, I'm grateful. I'm grateful that I finally broke the cycle of procrastination.

    Dear brothers..
    I need a word of encouragement.
    I feel really down rn, my crush literally friend zoned me and my parents and little bro are living with me at my apartment. I'm 25. Lately, i've been feeling frustrated against my own father. He treats me like a child, like a pity way, and his actions show that he thinks that i can't carry myself. It's annoying and frustrating. I did let myself down for some time, depression really put me down. I also feel that he prefers my little brother, he treats him special and always brags about making his life a success financially speaking.
    Right now, i'm trying to improve 1% each day and take out my bad habits for good ones instead. I've started reading, journaling, and meditating.
    How do i deal with those emotions? I always feel frustrated with him, and it bothers me.

      My friend, don’t dwell on the past-use it as fuel to start fresh today. Begin small, focus on just one habit, and build from there. Consistency comes with time and persistence, so be kind to yourself in the process. Let me know how you’re keeping distractions in check-we’ve got this! 🔥

    Yesterday i spared my friend who's a candidate for master sport in boxing, and he cooked me, and said: you fight really well, just Keep going, nothing like this should stop you, and what I've learned, I'll trust the process no matter what, and some will quit, but i will stick to this like a sticky tape will do anything it takes to succeed, I don't wanna give up, even if i get upset because of my skills, i believe I will crush this game, ,what else I've learned, is that dicipline is no tips and tricks, it's just being a man you should and stop coping to yourself

      Brother, you’ve got the mindset of a winner! Stick to your discipline, even when it feels tough-growth is in those moments. Keep trusting the process, and your persistence will pay off. Champions are made through consistency and grit. 🥊 Thanks for taking the time and sharing your story. I really appreciate that a lot!

    What if you spend time studying or doing something and after realzing you missed a skill/prerequisite you should have done/learned first. Do you stop and start from step 1 or do you keep pushing w/out that it? If that makes sense

    • @mindflowclub
      @mindflowclub  18 วันที่ผ่านมา

      That’s a great question, brother! I think it depends-if that missing skill is foundational, go back and learn it quickly.. otherwise, adapt and keep moving forward. You’d be surprised how often you can fill the gaps as you go. Have you faced this with something specific? Let me know-I’d love to help brainstorm a solution! 🤔

    Not to disagree but some people feel like they won't make it through months and months of work when their current lives cause so much pain. It's an unfortunate state where you don't yearn for fast results because social media conditioned you but rather you feel like you cannot afford slow results as you'll literally go insane way before you see them. Plus I believe that anyone cutting on distraction to seriously look for a goal will be running blind for a pretty long time, and feel a lot of negative things before they get any clarity. I'm not saying it's all doom and gloom, but in my humble opinion some people badly need (at least) a support system/peer group etc. That's why the likes of Alcoholics Anonymous are doing god's work.

    • @mindflowclub
      @mindflowclub  16 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      My friend, you’ve hit the nail on the head-having a support system is everything. It’s tough to run the marathon of self-improvement alone, especially when the start feels so heavy. Have you thought about finding even one person to talk to about your goals, like a friend or mentor? It’s like having a safety net for those hard days. What’s one thing you’d want from a support system right now? Sometimes just sharing the load can lighten it. You’re on the right track, keep me updated on how things go for you. 🙌

      @LourençoJácomeSchwartz.2003 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @mindflowclub With proper practice (and especially with good mentorship) you will be at a very high level way before that. The problem is most people find an aspect of the craft they're good at and neglect their weaknesses thinking that they are practicing just by showing up. Forget the number and practice properly, which means solving problems and targeting the aspects of the game you're most scared of. I'm saying this to myself aswell as anyone who reads this.

    • @mindflowclub
      @mindflowclub  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I agree my friend.. focused, deliberate practice always beats mindless repetition. Tackling your weaknesses head-on is the game changer, and good mentorship accelerates the process. Keep solving problems and facing the challenges that scare you most. That’s how true growth happens!💪
