Hey man, really appreciate the video. I was wondering if you had some insight for an issue I’m troubleshooting on my wife’s 2016 TV. I replaced the control arms (came with new ball joints), struts and tie rod ends a few months ago and from day 1 afterward the front end would pop and clunk when turning or going over bumps, it was crazy annoying. So then I replaced the end links for the sway bar yesterday and it eliminated most of the noises except that now it makes a distinct popping noise when either accelerating from a stop or hitting the brakes. In fact, I can repeat the noise by letting off the brake in Drive and pressing the brake hard enough to make the car stop immediately.
When I do that the pop/clunk happens every time. I’m at my wits end on what could be causing the issue, I can’t seem to find anything loose. My only guess is, after watching your video, maybe I didn’t install the bottom of the end link properly? Do you think if it’s not seated properly it could cause those sort of issues?

Hmm... If you are getting a popping noise on acceleration, that smells like CV axles to me. Other signs of CV axle failure are vibration in the accelerator or steering wheel when accelerating and/or popping noises while turning and applying throttle. I had to replace both of mine at around 95k or so. Now, if you are consistently getting a pop on a braking action, that's different. A clunk on braking could be calipers or other brake hardware sliding around, definitely something to check sooner rather than later. Pops and clunks while going over bumps does indicate something involving suspension travel, so control arms, sway bar, sway links. If the shock/strut towers are not seating correctly in their hats, that could create a pop/clunk while moving over bumps.
So... depending on what exact noises you are hearing when, you have a few different troubleshooting paths to go down. I hope this helps. If you look in the Transit Connect playlist I do have a video for removing/replacing CV axles. Don't have much on suspension... yet. I suppose when my wife's van get around 150-200k I'll have to do the control arms and tie rods... not looking forward to that.

Are those the factory struts? I have similar links on mine and they dont rub the inside of the wheel well like that.

Yes and no. They are not the original shock/struts, as I replaced them. However, the replacements are the official Ford Motorcraft parts. I was surprised myself but the ball joint heads were too big. As soon as I installed the original OEM style links all rubbing and fitment problems went away.
