0:42 honest the god my second grade teacher asked the students to draw a picture of a person if they had no bones. I drew a blob with eyes, nose, ears and a mouth. She gave me a poor grade. I told her there would be no reason to have arms and legs with no bones. Mrs Finch you suck.
I’ve never seen that chart of adaptation timelines like that one here. Amazing I’ve looked for something like this before. Do you have the source?! Or accompanying literature?
Following Matt has changed my life! Listen to what he says and you’ll feel better and get stronger! 🔥🔥🔥

Matt, how long does kinetic energy stay in the body after training
Solid advice. I’m surprised you brought up kinetic energy. I only hear Olympic coaches touch that.
Very important for powerlifting as well - 💯
At 44 I am struggling hard with tendonitis on every single pulling movement there is
Idk what to do
Do you use straps for pulling movements? If not, I can unprofessionally guarantee that's the cause.
Come on online coaching we can figure it out 💪💪
@@barbellbryce not always but since this shit has been really flared up I even started using Versa Grips even on pull ups and it still kills
Isometrics, eccentrics, high rep band pull downs to get as much blood in the problem area work well, assuming nothing is torn.
You taking any supplements? If so cut them out for a week and see what happens.
