I show you the basics on how to use a flasher for ice fishing walleye trout perch crappie or anything else. you will catch more fish. How to use a flasher
I know this video is almost a year old but I just wanted to say thanks. Im looking to buy a flasher and just like you said I was intimidated by the complexity of them. This simplified it for me and made me feel a little more confident in spending the money on one! If I see you on the bay I owe you a beer lol.
After searching and searching, finally a video that clearly and simply explains how a flasher works. The only thing you could have done better was put a link in the description for your flasher on Amazon. Subbed.
Thanks , just picked up a fl-18 and don't know a thing about how to run it. Just hope I can retain what you just showed me,, now all I need is ICE,, we have 2 to 2 1/2 right now
Tassos Manolas Greece. The best video show to us the basic of the flasher.I think i can use this in sea for deep slow pitch jigging .In summer i must try and i let you now the results.Thank you very match.
it always lasts me a full day then I put on charge over night. I think it would last 2 days. In the summer turn it on from time to time then charge it. Ive done this and had the same battery for 7 years.
Thanks for the great question Yes I like it just below the ice. The less chance a fish will get your line tangled in it and then its easier to pull it up when you have a big fish on.
"All you have to do is wait for a fish to come" Well, not really, you can "call em' in" from the surrounding 360° area (not just off bottom) using different baits/lures with different actions, shapes, sizes, colors, flash, sound, and smell at different depths and different imparted actions, speeds, and cadences. In other words, mix it up!

Awesome video man. I get it now.
Glad I could help
Never thought I'd need this, but it looks brilliant! Excellent video, very clear. Why are fish more likely to bite the closer they are to the surface?
As you move the lure away from them, you are mimicking bait that is trying to get away from the fish. This sometimes triggers a reactive strike.
Thank yiou
I like your videos 😊
Thank you
Awesome video!!

it always lasts me a full day then I put on charge over night. I think it would last 2 days. In the summer turn it on from time to time then charge it. Ive done this and had the same battery for 7 years.

Just a quick question do you require 2 flashers if two guys are fishing in a tent or will one flasher still suffice?

Welcome!
never drill and look. u will spook the fish drilling. drill first then go back and check the holes ;)
how far down the hole do you put the transducer? all the way to bottom of ice? Also thank you for the video. Very helpful!
Thanks for the great question
Yes I like it just below the ice. The less chance a fish will get your line tangled in it and then its easier to pull it up when
you have a big fish on.
