A suggestion that everyone would like i think you should put a mediafire link or a mcpedl link to the .mcstructure cause a lot of people cant do these code easily especially on mobile.
If the entity shoots a projectile you can basically have the game detect that type of projectile since the command blocks can detect it as an entity and use the execute command to have it either summon lightning above it or near it in general

it's super easy to miss a single word, text, command, block setting. i would highly recommend watching it over again and make sure everything is spelled correctly too. Lower case and upper case matter

Hmm not sure of a fix tbh, it’s based off the closet to command block. If you have the command blocks under where the boss spawns that could help

You have to wait for the wither to fully spawn in before wither skeleton takes damage
