Thanks for posting this video. I have at the momet both wrists injured, one with De Quervain’s and the other with TFCC. I watched both of your videos and will start following your instructions carefully.
i have this and its extremely painful , i have had it for 7 weeks but i still cant fully rotate my hand yet , but at least i can now wash & dry myself if i go carefully
Hi Jason! Your videos are always so informative... I will say that while I love the girls cute Aussie voice it's nothing quite like your honest Korean Aussie accent, bad/dad jokes and meme drops. I personally love your style mate!
Hi, I’m kind of facing the same problem. I injured the pinky part of my wrist while doing pull movement (training forearms). I was advised to take 6 weeks of rest. It’s been 6 weeks, its better but not by a large margin. I tried doing pushups and lateral raises maybe that set me back. Idk
@@pratyush7987 i think I was training forearms aswell before getting thus injury. I remember I only felt a slight burning sensation in my arm from forearm to wrist which was but weird so I stopped. Days after I got this weakness. Not sure if there were other factors but it's worth mentioning since you said that. Let's just keep updating each other guys.
Hello Catherine, how are your TFCC and DeQuervain now? If it's a moderate TFCC tear, you must not lift more than 0.5 kilo and with DeQuervain do not use the thumb.
@@nicolas1104 My Dequervain is still bad but beter with a few exercices of Mr. Physio's channel. That doesn't answer my questions about wich exercices I can do safely in this video. All the last ones seems bad. Thank you for your answer anyway.
how does one get diagnosis of TFCC injury? I do have carpal tunnel and the placement of my pain is exactly what is shown in this video..but of course, it's a self-diagnosis but i'm not an expert...
I had a sprain in the little finger of the hand, and the x-ray and ultrasound are intact, but the finger is currently curved and reddish in the middle joint, and I can only bend it at a small angle. I am currently two months old. Can you advise me on the treatment method? Thank you very much, Doctor.
I have these things numbness on my pinky and half of my rig finger and the side edge of palm and im going to work onboard the ship this coming 2-3weeks coming and this is my firts time work on ship thats why i cant cancel it. Can somebody help me explain if doing these home remedies can heal my numbness in my hand and how does it takes to heal. Im so disperate to get rid of this. Hope someone can help me. Thank you so much and Godbless.
Torn ligaments need several months to "remodel". Full "remodeling" may take more than a year. Hence, full strength is not available for a long period. Exercise at moderate levels will increase circulation and train the nervous system. There are important coordination exercises called "Proprioception exercises". Note: I am not a professional
I need help. Over a year ago i got in a fist fight and injured my wrist (sprain). A month later i was playing basketball and i heard my wrist crack. Ever since i have had pain on the pinky finger side of my wrist around the TFCC area. Nothing is broken or fractured ( even though i fractured my wrist 3x before) but the pain always shows up after i pick up something heavy or repeat a movement many times ( the pain is usually a bit delayed ). I really need help identifying the issue and i hope someone else might have experienced and recovered from something similar. I've been to see a lot of specialists but nothing was definitive. Pls help me
@@davewang9122 i already did one and everything looked alright but it still hurts. I think it could be like a tfcc tear that i never took the time to heal
@@onsmoke5629 I think I might be a bit similar to you. My pain usually comes on the first time when I do a movement. Then it doesn't hurt anymore, I also have delayed pain though not very often. If the MRI says nothing wrong, then I think there is nothing wrong. I couldn't even get a MRI at my place as they are really expensive.
Has been the same for me. Have injured it when I messed up the form during lifting and now it cracks and clicks a lot. I have taped it and can do most exercises without pain and still lift, but I do wanna fix it.

Great 👍, thank you very much!♥️
I had this issue due to a motor-bike accident 11years ago. Do you think surgery can fix it?
Great but what do you do if you have DeQuervain at the same time?
