Everything today was beautiful! From the walk on your property with spectacular trail cam footage, to walk along the tree tops, to walk down the ski slopes, to walk along the old golf course, to walk throughout the farm, to drive and finally topped off with an absolutely gorgeous sunset over the lake! Wow! Thank you sharing with us! I’ve been throughout MI several times in my life, but not think I’ve ever seen it filled with so much stunningly vibrant color!
As always, stay safe out there…..
The scenery is absolutely beautiful
Love it when you are at the cabin. Michigan is the best place to be in the fall 🌞👍😃
More activity in Michigan.
Love the awesome fall footage. Well done guys:)
I just love this video and the happy whistling tune accompanying it. Is so beautiful where your home base cabin is. ❤😊
This is just so Beautiful and fall is such a wonderful time of year. Thanks for showing the beauty of this time of year.
That sounds fantastic building cabin....beautiful trees. Awwww the deer...❤❤😁💯 woweee the pumpkins
Beautiful fall colors!
Nice Deer. Love the idea about the off grid cabin.
Never knew Michigan was so beautiful. Great video presentation 👍👌. See you on the next one adventurers 😊.
Fall, the best season of the year! Y'all had an amazing adventure, wow!
what beauty of forests
Happy to watch you two enjoy that sky bridge! That is the only way I will ever see it. I’m the scared of heights and swaying bridges camp. The Tunnel of Trees is crazy. I never knew how high the road went over the coast of Lake Michigan. And the size of the houses blows my mind.
Thank you for sharing a great video. God Bless
I've been to the golf course now nature trail this summer. We do the tunnel of trees then go to wilderness state park. As for the swaying bride ahem.... I am scared of bridges and heights. I have to close my eyes when we go over the Mackinaw Bridge. The longest eye shutting experience. Just being up in your neck of the woods is the best place for our hearts. If you haven't seen the biggest cross in the world, you'll have to go to Indian River. Harbor Springs is a nice spot to hang for a few hours. Great eating there. We always seem to pass a few sand dunes coming out of the tunnel of trees. In over 40 years of traveling up there, we noticed so much commercialization in Mackinaw City that we stay away and only go there to eat. We always hit up antique stores just to look because mostly the markup is ridiculous. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing the stunning fall foliage of Michigan. I really enjoyed this video!
I love to go for rides to see the fall colors.Love going with u guys.
Fall in North Michigan is something special. I’m really glad you guys got to drive the tunnel of trees during peak colors. It’s a gorgeous drive. And as many times as my wife and I have driven it, we never stopped at the farm! We’ll have to now. I gotta try that squash cannon.
It really is something special! We're loving it and glad you are too!
Awesome video guys
I learned to ski on Boyle Mountain. I have also skied in Colorado too. No comparison but I have fond memories of my time learning in Mi, including Pine Knob.
What a beautiful fall color ❤. Thank you for sharing it.
I love following you two! I've done most of your u.p. trips since 1969. Honeymoon in 80'. Bless you both and wish you the best going forward!
We were just at Boyne Mountain last Friday morning with our Lance Truck Camper! The colors are so beautiful now. We bought our tickets the day before and they were $27 each. We also walked down. Love Michigan in the fall!
Such a gorgeous video! What a blessing for y'all to find that property! I've enjoyed watching several videos (YT) on folks building cabins over the past couple of years. They make it look so easy/doable. I KNOW y'all can do it! Thanks for sharing the beauty! Helene kind of wrecked our Fall this year. The trees she left standing no longer have leaves, so, I really enjoyed the glorious colors you have there. Blessing to y'all! From SC, Jane❤🙏
Thanks for the support! I believe we could do it as well!
Beautiful scenery. When you do your trail, rent a Bobcat or tractor with a front bucket and rear box blade. You'll have it done in a day or two and you won't kill yourselves. A cabin?...maybe a barn to park truck, camper and trailer in. You're gonna get tired of scraping ice in Michigan every time you need to drive to town. Just an idea. Good video guys!
The footage from the trail camera is awesome! Very nice place, Thanks for sharing!
So cool you got bucks on your trail cam!! Regarding the Sky Bridge, that would be a
N-O from me!!
I don’t do heights or movement!!
Gorgeous days for Great views!!
Awesome views of fall in Michigan. We stopped in Petoskey found an amazing bakery and an Authentic Polish restaurant.
Such a cool area!
Thank you for sharing all the fall foliage! I miss my native Pennsylvania in the fall, and this episode helped fill that void! 🍁🍂💐
Look forward to all your adventures! Marilyn C.
Glad we could help share the colors!
@@LivingLargeCampingI forgot to ask, Amelia, can you share that crockpot squash recipe? Looked amazing, and we love spaghetti squash!
Marilyn C
O my gosh. I can't imagine living around a place so beautiful. I live in Kansas so obviously nothing like that around here
It sure is gorgeous here!
0:43 Amelia looks so good in those jeans...
Very nice!
Great viedo, loved it,have you guys heard of Houghton Lakes Michigan,i think its up in upper Michigan?
You have to do the tunnel in mid April to late April for the trillium flowers they look like carpet.
An off grid cabin would be so fun 😊
You should also look up Deadman's Hill along M-31, not far from you. It's a great view and you can also hike a part of the North Country Trail hike there too.
Love your dog! What breed? I have a sheltie same coloring but bigger.
You should go check out knaebes apple orchard near Roger’s city
The trees are gorgeous. That bridge would freak me out. No, no, no, no, no!
It was an interesting walk that's for sure!
I love the U.P.
and Northern Michigan.
What area are you near???
SE MICHIGAN 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇺🇸🙏🇮🇱🙏
Boyne is nice.
GOD BLESS YOU
Did I miss something, why are you winterizing the cabin, aren’t you going to live there all winter?
As a Michigan resident who is in the Thumb..the east side Petoskey, tunnel of trees is the last to turn because of Lake Michigan..and sadly this state will suck money out of you anyway it can..you will need permits...
