These houses should be taken care of used for something and not just be abandoned.
This is sad that the millionaires just leave these homes like nothing. So many people without homes and these people buy them and leave them empty.

It looks like they were renovating the basement for a home business and those rooms are either offices or maybe it was going to be a massage/chiropractor place? With the rooms not having any exterior light source I feel like massage/chiropractor,but I could be out to lunch here too lol thanks for another awesome tour Noah!😊

It's a really nice house. Pretty modern.
Fix the mold problem and it would make a great place for a lodge or apartments even - a shame to tear it down. It's more suitable for commercial use in my opinion.

Noah, I always enjoy your finds. Must admit in spite of the size of this house I find it atrocious. Clearly a custom built home but having an architect that designed a very boring “box”. Even the front of the house is ugly. And no complimentary landscaping in front to soften the home’s exterior. Only the rear of the house with all the windows appealed me. And you’d think they would’ve had a pool.
But nevertheless I enjoyed watching this video. Just Seems no creativity was included in the structure but for that one bathroom. The house could be made more attractive had someone else bought after the build. So many odd things…the boring living room fireplace, the gigantic huge room that seemed to have no purpose. It’s all a mystery to me!
Keep finding these abandoned homes. I always enjoy watching even if I’m mystified, lol!
