I like and respect your predictions. But, I don’t think I am watching the same show.
Did you notice how the Security Droid to one look at Jod’s lightsaber and concluded, “You must be the Republic Emissary.”
I foresee the show ending on a cliff hanger, not a happy ending. The kids will be safe, but they will be facing a wide open future. They have literally taken their first steps into a larger world.
I think the Supervisor is an AI or droid. Tak Rennod was a rogue Jedi, who decided he was going to carry out a heist.
If Capt Rennod’s crew were killed, then where is the crew of skeletons? The kids found a mostly empty ship.
His crew were mostly droids, most likely security droids, who killed him. First mate SM33 was also in on the heist, and was left to rot with the ship by the security droids.
Jod seems to be about Anakin’s age. His training in the ways of the Force seem to have begun in the Jedi Temple. At some point, he seems to have been trained in the ways of the dark side, too. Jod does mysterious things off-camera.
Don’t get your hopes up for a rescue by the New Republic. I suspect any distress call from At Attin will be on pre-Empire Republic frequencies, which the New Republic probably knows nothing about.

Some pretty great ideas all around! Let's see how it plays out.

    Nice ideas.
I think he lit his lightsaber as a warning to the kids not to answer "What happened?" and for our benefit. I think he could change it to a salute to the parents while taking a knee. He might need them to deal with the droids if they don't comply with his orders.
Next, "Offload" was the word used twice. That sounds like they expect treasure from the _Onyx Cinder_ and why they would take him straight to the vaults without confirming his identity: you don't want to leave a treasure ship on the platform! So that will be a surprise.
Some have said the previous pirate captain Tak Rennod had survived the landing, taken over as supervisor and is still alive after 100-200 years of the ship having forest grow on it. But unless they're bringing him out of carbon freeze, I don't see him still being around. Interesting take on Jod wanting it all. If somehow he was able to take over the Supervisor position then he'd have it all, but what would he then do with it? Maybe he could send a representative to the New Republic and become a major player like the Banking Clan? But I haven't given this much thought.
I think to prove his credentials and be able to leave with money, they're going to give Jod a Midi-Chlorian test because always the Emissary was a Jedi Knight! And he passes because he's a Force-user! I don't think we need a Grogu-style flashback; some have found a character that sounds like his mother, so maybe she's a Jedi or bred with a Jedi, but I don't know that that's relevant. Saying he had 2 weeks of training at the Jedi Temple before quitting or being expelled is enough for me, without calling Order 66 into account.
So at some point he gets the Onyx Cinder loaded up with treasure, but he's too afraid and suspicious to leave. He thinks either the Supervisor will kill him, or his pirates. So either he's paralyzed or he thinks he still needs the frigate to take the mint. The catch is that once he pays them, then they don't need to work for him anymore. I thought Boba Fett should have taken his reward from the Empire and Jabba the Hutt and gone his own way; he didn't contribute much to the battle in the desert.
I like the idea that the parents and kids go to the surface and try to figure out how to stop Jod. I think a cannon on top of the school should come into play if it's a cookie-cutter city. But I don't see Jod just letting them go. Maybe one of them panics and runs for the hovercraft, but that doesn't seem to fit.
I do think someone should show up from the movies or another series and it should be Luke Skywalker, like at the end of _The Mandalorian._ He could disarm Jod as quickly as Darth Vader disarmed him in _The Empire Strikes Back._ They don't kill him, and Han and Leia show up too to deal with him and negotiate for At Attin to join the New Republic and be their financial backer, since fans wanted to see the trio together again, and we didn't get that in _The Force Awakens._ Han may have met Crimson Jack since he stole his reward in the comics. I think the galaxy is under austerity by the Banking Clan, (since Jod said credits are scarce) and this would allow the New Republic to get out from that and stimulate the economy like they tried half-heartedly during the Great Depression in America. (Every time something worked, they canceled the program the next year.)

Some awesome ideas here, especially about who could show up and how the Banking Clan could play a role here!

@@starwarslads Well now that the finale has arrived, the kids seemed to have a bit more agency than they had throughout the show. No epilogue or blurb at the end.
