You are so very right San J. What helped me understand the how and the why of all of this is comprehending the Devine NOW. Everything is now. There is no actual time --- it is a series of subsequent NOWs.
It all sounds impossible and like an oxymoron until you see it in this way. The universe works like a mirror. And everything in the physical world is a projection from it. Everything that is projected is everything the ONE thinks it is -- the IAM. It is like a steel I beam so huge you cannot move it but when you strike it with a hammer it vibrates. Imagine the back and forth vibration from A to B over and again being used to progress and change the NOW. This is completely different than if time progressed from ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQURSTUVWXYZ etc... that Would be Time. Our strange world just IS and progresses some now from the NOW to the subsequent NOW.
If you are in the "A" NOW.
And since the only way the Universe can project is in the NOW this is why you have to visualize your desired state as being in the NOW. The ONE would be totally crypt still and silent for eternity except for some reason it contemplated a single . DOT outside of itself, other than its monolithic state and it set the infinite spiral of creation into action. This is where the seed of life, flower of life patterns all come into play.
If all of this sounds ridiculous and falls flat I apologize. Let it go but keep it in the back of your mind and eventually a light bulb will turn on and you will comprehend it. In spite of our physical world experience. In actuality all there is, is the Devine NOW and Subsequent NOW.
So always manifest your desires and visualize your wished state in the NOW. It is the only way the IM can create it for you.

I was raised w 5 other siblings in rural Nebraska- lack was the way we lived. Continued into all my life. Can't have, don't have, so, no you can't...bc we don't have ENOUGH. One goes into survival in all accounts. I'm trying to change that belief. 🙏 still at 67.

Payalk Was not being Derogatory when she made the statement “to become a nobody.” Rather, 2 detach from our personalities, identities , our preconceived ideas, what defines us etc… so it doesn’t infringe upon our learning & our personal growth, our transition 2 a new place & state of being. , 2 come from a place of possibilities where there are no limitations, no boundaries & no prejudice or black & white rules. I think she is saying 2 erase all previous ‘data’ in our minds & make it vacant & create the room or the space so that energy can flow freely. Like having a blank canvas where u can write any script u desire. That analogy is hopefully describing what I’m trying 2 convey.

I've read Joe's books and listened to him a lot but this interview is the best so far because he feels more calm and really breaks things down into very understandable concepts and steps. And I love how Lewis always acts like "beginner's mind", asking the most basic questions and taking notes and forever being the student.

Think more of it all being energy and your just aligning your internal energy with your desires and goals with the energy of abundance.
We're creative beings that can create anything in our own lives and environment.
Start of with stepping out in faith and shredding off all doubts.
The understanding of it all will come later through your own personal experience as you grow into being the master of your own life.
An additional piece of advice is to start off small then gradually build up to fuller or grander goals and desires.
Its a growth process not a get to process.
I just want to say here for everybody what i just realized.
Three years ago i had 150 kilograms at 22 years old, super fat, watching all my favorites bodybuilders having a great physique. And in one moment i said, i could do that. So now, after three years of living like a bodybuilder, not being one, i am at 95 kilograms, best shape of my life and next year i will compete in my first bodybuiling show. And i just have to apply the same mindset in every field and sooner or later, the results will appear. But we have to embrace the life of the person you wanna be.

I was able to attend a week long, it’s definitely a fast track in meditation but something I noticed is there was 1600 people from 72 different countries in one room, together. It was beautiful. We was all experiencing the amazing feeling of love together at the same time. I think that energy definitely brought my meditation to a place would of never thought possible. Definitely magical

I’ve literally changed my entire being in this last year doing this. I rarely think of my past anymore. I’m living in my future presently all the time now. I’ve never felt better in my life. Sooo much energy, bliss, abundance etc. unbelievable!! Now I’ve had a spiritual practice for 17yrs w/meditation included so I was starting from a pretty good foundation but whoa Lewis. Love how he explained how giving more will get you more. I’ve heard that a lot but it wasn’t clicking for me, but he says “ if you were already wealthy you would be giving stuff away because you know there’s always more.” That makes sense, thank you!

In summary, don't wait for what you want, begin to feel as if you already have it.

I shed tears of joy listening to this beautiful man; he is so generous with his knowledge and wisdom. I feel as though he is talking about me, how I was a caterpillar in fear at some point, transitioning into a butterfly of courage and loving awareness, reconnecting with our higher consciousness, creatively drawing abundance to us by serving our global community. The more we give out, the more it comes back to us multiplied many times over than what we expect. I don't even think I have the words to express how inspired and overjoyed I am. It is truly an honor to serve as a beacon of light for others and I will not take anything for granted. It is such a blessing to be alive. With more power comes responsibility in which we can do more good in the world as well as inspire those who look up to us to inspire more leaders and warriors of love.

Joe Dispenza changed my life now for the better I have the most energy and passion that I have had in my whole life. When my spiritual awakening hit, I felt like a lost but curious child. I reached out to two people. One ran like I was on fire... the other simply said "It'll be ok." And just like that 2-6 year old child, I accepted it as fact and peace fell upon me. Six months in, Dr Joe appeared in my life... and showed me how to shift our mindset. I have clung to those words the last 2 years. Why do I mention this?
Because the words & phrases that stick with you throughout life are Your clues from Life... each has a different meaning than you currently believe... and you will know Life is aligning when you start to accept the world we live in vs the one we were taught to believe in.🙏💯
My biggest takeaway was when he spoke of synchronization. I've been aware of my programming and have been trying to de-program but have been stuck. The abundance mindset is the part I believe I've been lacking. Really enjoyed this interview thank you both. 👏

The mind is the leader and the body is the follower.. wherever your mind is (thoughts,feelings) the body will follow(action) which leads to results in your life Wether you like the results or not.
Feelings are what is needed for the body to respond in a way that can actually begin to make a difference in the areas wich we desire to improve. By the manifestation in the areas of our brains that are subconsciously already set in habit mostly.
I took so much from just how much THOUGHTS and EMOTIONS in everything we do and say in life that are ironically based solely on the past! This intrigue me because of the countless situations where people will so often speak of the uselessness of living in the past and then to learn from this interview and the knowledge we all attain on an individual basis, that we ultimately form our perception of a relationships long-standing, subconsciously, based on past events. ......ha go figure lol.... So think and feel that you have succeeded in your relationship and with enough of those feelings and thought combined daily ,we should creat an abundance for successful relationships as well! Amazing how Joe is able to simply (do this A.. and it can/will result in this B..) Also Lewis, the questions that you come up with upon ending your interviewers and through out the interview highlight your ability to bring to light that much more on each issue!! Great work!
