I hope you didn't run it in at idle? It has already been proven that running in at idle harms the engine. And yes, dude, the instructions for this model say that you must rev during break-in, and this is mandatory
clearly you havent seen and heard of the adam drake method. also if your a real car person like me you know that rpm kills engines. thats why the break in on these 2 stroke nitro engines is very important. plus your supposed to prelube the engine on its very first start and pre heat it during the whole break in cycle and whenever it is cooler out anyways. this method worked for me and many others.. ask around. clearly im more experienced.
@@zachattack2016 No, I know and watched his method completely. The myth that two-stroke gasoline engines need to be run in at idle has long been dispelled. Just read about it. And nitro is no exception. Should you trust an experienced racer, or professional testing from world-class companies like Traxsas? Not only Traxxas, Kyosho, Losi and other quality manufacturers recommend running in alternating between idle and rpm. Traxxas writes about this separately: DO NOT BREAK IN THE ENGINE AT IDLE
@@zachattack2016 I think you just have no ideas dude. If you don't believe me, read about it. But what you said about Traxxas is complete nonsense. Okay, what about Kyosho, Losi, also morons?
I bought one of these about a year ago. Idled out of the box and very easy to tune. Great car
the best christmas gift for sure, got my one last year, it still runs 70mph like a king
Best gift everrr! I got mine last year too!
Hell yeah, im gonna losi 3.4 swap it and make her a nice street/strip runner
@@zachattack2016 good luck with this best!
Awesome job 👍👍👍👍👍
Well that was !
oh nice I think I’ve seen you on Facebook with that car
Thinking about my next rc to be nitro. Whats your opinion on them?
As a first nitro these are very fast and unpredictable. Buy yourself a 4x4 nutro off marketplace and mess around with it
