  • I have been massaging my face regularly to address my sagging jawline, which is a natural result of aging and gravity's effects. I incorporate facial massage into my daily routine, both at night before bed and in the morning upon waking, to help tighten my jawline and neckline. While results may not be immediate, consistent effort helps prevent premature sagging. As an enthusiast of facial massage, I have watched numerous TH-cam videos and adapted the techniques for my own use. In this video, I demonstrate the techniques I have found effective in my personal routine.
