I started dancing at 16 just as a hobby but now that I've been said to take start taking it more seriously I am actually considering getting into university and starting my studies as a dance teacher so this video is really helpful. Thanks, Steezy 🥰

I’ve been dancing for a little bit now but have never taught! And there aren’t a lot of resources out there on how to actually TEACH Latin dance. But you guys’ video is very helpful and I think I can transfer the info to Latin dance! Thank you 🙏🏾

01:17 One time i went to a new dance studio (only to test out) and then the teacher told us to finish the choreography and we didn’t know the music and she said we don’t have to listen to it we just need to count and then i didn’t know what to do and my choreography wasn’t matching up with the music and that irritated me soooo freaking much. :|
What do you do about the one student who does not stop moving, even when you are yelling at them to stop?!?! Some people don’t hear verbal cues, and they also don’t see visual cues.
