- A rich dish made by stewing chicken wings in dark beer. By stewing it thoroughly, the bitterness is reduced, making it delicious even for kids. It's perfect as a dinner side dish or as a snack with alcohol.
I made mashed potatoes as a side.
Eat it as it is or mix it with the sauce from the chicken wings - both ways are delicious. Give it a try!

*How to Make Beer and Chicken Wings*
1. Wash the chicken wings and season with salt and pepper, massaging the seasoning in.
2. Fry the wings in a pan with heated olive oil over medium heat.
3. Once browned, remove the wings.
4. In the same pan, sauté finely chopped garlic until fragrant.
5. Add chopped onions and sauté until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat, add flour, and mix until smooth.
7. Return the wings to the pan and pour in the beer.
8. Add tomato paste and consommé and bring to a boil over medium heat.
9. Once boiling, skim off any scum, reduce to low heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
10. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and simmer for another 30 minutes until the sauce is reduced by half.
11. When the sauce is reduced, squeeze in lemon juice and mix.
*How to Make Mashed Potatoes*
1. Peel and roughly chop the potatoes.
2. Place the potatoes in a pot with just enough water to cover them and bring to a boil.
3. Once boiling, cook for 5-8 minutes until soft, then drain.
4. Return the potatoes to the pot and mash.
5. Add butter and melt it with the residual heat.
6. Add half the milk and mix. Turn on the heat to low.
7. Gradually add the remaining milk, mixing until smooth, and evaporate any excess moisture.
8. Finally, mix in the salt.
