This F8C is actually one of four ships you can get as a random drop from bringing the Pyrotechnic Amalgamated Executive Hangar back online. It's fully fitted with weapons (NDBs) and modules that got removed from shops and made Contested Zone exclusives (because of course CIG somehow cannot be bothered to give new areas their own custom loot instead of emptying shops out further).
berks has a vid he posted recently showing his group getting a cutty black. i heard a very vague rumor that there is a storm tank with low light turret view.
Well, seems this was just a temporary sneak-peek. After last nights patch my F8C Executive is now back to normal. No sign of the PYAM version. It was cool to see it even briefly. Btw, if you ask in global chat someone will probably give you a golden ticket and they still work to unlock it in the store. With the coming wipe any tickets will be gone so people should be generous in giving them away.

Thanks for the link, will check it out. F8C is only for sale during IAE and ILW I think. As long as you've unlocked it with the ticket, you'll see it in the store next time it's for sale. ILW should be the next opportunity.
Find golden ticket through players and then u can buy it whenever it is going to be sold. Yes golden ticket still works even after the event. Bought mine F8C like in August of this year
What I have heard is that it will be one of the rewards for completing the contested zones. If that turns out to be correct then you will be able to get one in game. The version in this vid will probably be an exclusive item that can only be acquired that way. If you want the standard F8C then you will have plenty of chances to buy that during big ship sales.
Ok, a little complicated to explain but let me try...For just the patch when I made the vid it was there instead of my executive. The standard one for the 10k level was unchanged. The patches that dropped later no longer had it and my executive was back to normal. Also, it wasn't just the paint, it has a better stock loadout.
