Hands down the most Luxurious Yacht you've featured on this channel. That is a floating Penthouse that I'd imagine is as capable as she is beautiful. Were I to ever win the lottery one of these would be my forever home on the water. Just an amazing vessel and of course her pedigree is beyond reproach. If you ever want to know how the other half lives look at some of these truly high end Yachts from builders who know how to cater to your every need or want. Thank you Captain and Randy for making me feel as if I was able to go aboard a Yacht I would never be able to set foot on other than at a boat show. Fair winds, following seas, safe travels and God Bless...
Oh my.. What a beaut! Looking forward to this luxurious episode. I hope this comment finds you two gents well safe and happy. All the best from a foggy damp cold UK. RD
Widening your range -what a beautiful ship! Always fascinating commentary along the way. Also, very good to see you connect with Omaze and a good cause! Dean
Agreed, great boat, but a lot of complicated systems that will not easily be fixed in remote areas. I also think, given the way it's laid out and rigged, you'd really need 4 to manage this thing safely off-shore on long passages. No doubt this boat could safely move around the globe, multiple times. The YT's Sailing Florence have been circumnavigating for the past 6(?) years in a much smaller Oyster (like a 37' i think), and the things are bomb proof. That said, if I had 500,000-700,000 to drop on a boat, I do believe there are other options out there I would prefer. I do love the variety of boats these guys feature, as over the history of their channel, there is practically a boat for every purpose, person and budget. Extremely well thought out boat finds.
What a great name for the boat. Owners must be cool. Absolutely gorgeous boat, holy cow! Can't believe only draws 6 feet depth. Too bad we couldn't see a drone shot of her under way, that must be stunning, but I can imagine it:)
Beautify dream boat quietly protecting SeaDog from the ravages of Passage to the Bahamas. Sung as a bug in those sunlit compartments. My goodness what a beauty. Thanks again My Captain. Wish it could fit in a Christmas stocking nailed with care. ❤️❤️❤️
I plan to visit the Bahamas gentlemen. Not put down a deposit on one! The banter between the two of you. Even the pregnant comedy pauses. Just keep getting better and better. Deepest gratitude from a very sunny, if increasingly chilly, North Coast of Northern Ireland.
Wow! This is a mansion on the water gentlemen. Certainly well maintained. And the price is less than a home here on the West coast. Thank you gentlemen for showing this beauty.
Oh boy yacht yacht territory!! So much I love. I'm not in love with the interior wood but like the light and airy. I think the description of modern but traditional is spot on. I personally loved the old school MOB pole but disappointed not attached to horseshoe and strobe. I watched a inflatable MOM system fall in lake Michigan at the dock and only thing that went off was sea dye marker, made me rethink things(clearly not serviced properly). You better get back to something like a Pearson 422 or the TH-cam whinners will start up😉
Lovely yacht with a great reputation. That said over 1 million Aussie dollars for a second hand boat has me thinking of what else I could get with that kind of spondoolies. Excellent review as always fellas
Beautiful boat. Not at a price point for the average shopper but for a newly retired empty nester with a paid off house I can see selling the house and buying a boat like this.
So much to unpack here. Firstly I love you guys for the Woodruff promo. I will be checking out the website momentarily. Second , when I die and , hopefully, go to heaven, This is not my boat. I am so underqualified I would have to Shanghai CaptainQ and Ran Day to sail her for me for at least a year before I got the hang of a boat that size. I really do think that at some point you should be a professional captain to sail one of these. I might get by with a Tanzer 28 but beyond that I am a babe in the proverbial woods. I did win the Powerball but sadly they insist on having all the other numbers as well. There is no pleasing some people. I will be budgeting you in to the 2023 Patreon must haves though so I can win a Captain Q sea dog. Finally Ran Day you are stalling. We want to see you both on your own boat sailing the 7 seas. Next week a Hans Christian. What? I can dream. Toodles guys and thanks so much for all you do.
we appreciate all your concerns and dreams but there are only two of us and not getting younger and our reources are limited and it actually tried to snow on me today yikes
Very nice job. I'm trying to figure out how to day trade from this boat.. love the idea. I need solid internet connection. As far as batteries the primary batteries can be down low but A Must .. is to have a 100% 2nd set of batteries that pump out h2o of the primary batteries.
I’ll just say it. I don’t like this boat. If I had the money I wouldn’t prefer this one. Those windows all around and all the side windows that might not seal or somebody forgets to close. The horrible light wood. All the fancy automated thingies that will break down. The shallow draft. The tvs. The too tight nav station. No berth for night crossings near steering. No charm. I do appreciate Captain showing the boat. How else to make comparisons? Oh and the placement of batteries. Thanks for pointing out the compromises that have been made with this boat.
You had to really dig to find any head room that might get tight. Oh my gosh, the ceilings were tall! Very nice, but seemed to lack a certain quality last weeks boat had (even though this one had more wood.... :^) ).
Once again, way out of my price range, but one can always dream. Very nice boat. A little too modern for my tastes but I'm sure there are folks that will love it. Also, pretty new for the Captain. Heck, I've got shoes older than that boat. Not knocking the boat it is lovely but just not my style. Keep the good stuff coming guys.
Where to invest your money? Stocks and bonds aren't even paper anymore so, they can do most anything. Bank interest is far below the inflation rate so you're guaranteed to lose buying power. Real estate, location, location, location and what if you pick the wrong location. Buy a big, ole sailboat and you have real estate with optional locations plus, you can be where in the world treats you best without changing residences. Capt Q is thinking all the time.
I've always admired Oysters for the non-claustrophobic saloons with all that glass, but had to wait for Captain Q's approval (and a winning ticket) before trading up from my Sunfish....

Nice boat , great video as usual Captain. Great you are showing boats in all price brackets. This one ? Opening ports in the hull, forward of the beam , and a bolt on keel , hmmmm. Much prefer the Little Harbor you reviewed last week.
