I am so extremely grateful to have come across your channel. I was becoming disheartened that the seemingly was not a place for working women that have value our current season while looking towards the season on being SAHM. Let us remain encouraged while in this season we are being helpmates are we are called to be and BELIEVE that God's grace for us is sufficient! I look forward to your future content!
We also have to remember that we are First called to be help meets to our husband and if that means bringing in side income through a business or parties work its OK.. the proverbs 31 woman had businesses and hand maids. As long as you prioritize correctly. I was a full time SAHM for a few years and learned to be content..enjoyed it thanks all that I've learned..now I'm working part time and I honestly don't feel like any less of a homemaker to be honest..my job knows my family is my priority as a homeschooling and they respect that and even offered me less hours..I'm learning to be content in whatever season bc they change ..every homemaker is blessed
Indeed! I spent the first year of my marriage NOT prioritising correctly, and now I'm learning to do better and God is helping me. That’s great you've vocalised your priority at work and they respect that. I've told my colleagues but not my manager- I still need to do that. Amen. I pray for more contentment like you xxx
Nursing jobs are one of the best options bc you can do a few hours here there work per diem and get a dense compensation for it depends on your experience..I work 16 hrs a week and I was afraid but it worked out really well so far
I felt this & think it’s great you’re sharing on this! Although I’m home full time I do work part time and contribute financially! It’s a season like you said and I do hope to get to the point where I don’t work at all. Or just run my Etsy shop/TH-cam! Looking forward to more content!
Thanks, Gwen! Me too- I'd love to have multiple income streams like the proverbs 31 woman. Even though I work from home 98% of the time it's still hard balancing everything! Thank you and likewise x
I loved this perspective. I work from home so I call myself a part time homemaker. I have a job to do between 9-5pm , but I homemake during my downtime and what i feel passionate doing. I support my husband and his career and tend to my children and home as God aspires me to do. Definitely looking forward to the day it’s full time ❤️
It sounds like you're doing everything God is calling you to do! It's a season right. We try to do it without complaining (even though it's hard). I'll be praying for all of us, sis. Weekly. xoxo
I'd love more content about being a working homemaker. I've been married 3 years and don't have children yet (but hoping soon 🙏) but it's definitely a struggle to work part time and keep up with everything at home, and I really hope to be able to stop working outside the home once we have children. I'm looking forward to more content from you!
Thank you, Sarah, and more is definitely coming!! Work has inconveniently got even busier over these last few weeks and now I'm also studying part-time, too, but videos will be coming!! I think many of us have the same desires and struggles as you x
@@theparttimehomemaker My heart goes out to you as I am a newlywed with no kids yet, working full time as a nanny. It has been a challenge to maintain my home with coming home so tired each day even though my husband (praise God) does help. I love my job but I do long to be a 'worker of the home' fulltime as I personally feel it is my true calling but that won't be until we have children. Just know that you are not alone, Dear Sister
Hi, so glad to fin you, found you by Gwen Vo. I can’t wait to hear your perspective’s. I work 2 days a week, and I still find myself sometimes struggling to find my balance. Hey any tips and tricks would be great. ❤
This is so helpful! I work part time from home and have 4 children 6 and under so it’s been a full few years. I find myself wishing I could dedicate more time to the home - like tonight for instance - have to put the kids to bed and then the question is do I do laundry and decorate for Easter or do I work a bit to meet a deadline… thank you for your perspective on this - subscribed and can’t wait to watch more of your videos ❤️ Happy Easter!
So glad to hear! Aw- praise G-d for your little ones!!!!! Continually pray for guidance and help- it sounds like you have A LOT on your plate. Hopefully G-d introduces more help into your life, so that you don't have to do as much yourself. Praying for you and praise G-d- Christ is risen indeed!!! xxx
Thank you for this! I am a student but as I have my own room (and I clean the rest of the house as well) I deeply relate to this. I wish you and your channel all the growth!
I can't believe how hard it is to find content that caters to working wives and homemakers. Unfortunately, The homemaker videos I usually watch, although extremely helpful, do not offer practical advice to women who have no choice but to work outside of the home. We unfortunately do not have the luxury of time. I hope one day that I can finally become a stay at home wife but until then I have been struggling a great deal to balance home and work. Despite my situation I see my home as my first priority and I try very hard to never neglect any aspect of my duties. Sometimes however I find myself burnt out and de-motivated with all of the run around to get everything done. I'm happy to have found your content because its almost non existent on social media and I think there should be more guidance out there for us working gals. But I guess our community is exhausted and doesn't have the time to vlog lol May God Bless you and your family and I pray he makes a way for us to change our situation for the better. 😊
I can't believe it either, sis. Sad but true! Hugs. I plan to share more practical tips soon and post weekly again, just trying to get my own ducks in order first! 😅

Yeah, from what I've heard it sounds like a very flexible career choice for women.
I'm a working Homemaker and I enjoy both- Homemaking and Working!
