I noticed two things. 1st the Bell wasn’t rotating freely. Aren’t you suppose to put a washer between the bell so that is can spin freely? I’ve seen other videos do this. 2nd this kit says to grind 7 spots in the case for belt clearance. I have the exact kit you have and it says to grind ribs out in the case.
No, it didn't do any good, almost impossible to start up and don't satisfy the final speed. I have clarified it and the problem is the performance of the scooter 50ccm. for this system you need a minimum of 70ccm and another carburettor to get the Vario working with high engine power. Na klar war das schwach. Du hast Rote gegendruck Feder reingemacht, das ist definitiv nicht für original Motor. Andere die auf weiße, oder versuche sogar deine originale, versuche andere laufbänder auf Wandler, dort sind zwei fast gerade und bissen mit Banane form. Gerade brauchen mehr Motor Kraft. Gewichte im vario müssen ungefähr 6.5-7 sein. Kommt auf Auspuff drauf.
Finde es echt schade das die teile alle so teuer sind würde meine aerox gerne ausrüsten aber habe leider nicht die finanziellen Möglichkeiten dafür einfach schade
Ja die Teile sind Teuer, aber Alex es lohnt sich wirklich nicht, der Motor hat Zuwenig Leistung um es umzusetzen. Der Kolben auch tauschen unsw. es wird immer Teuerer. Verändere lieber die Vario Gewichte leichtere bringen mehr Anzugs Kraft und bergauf ist der roller schneller. grüsse marco
Überlege mir auch das Kit zuzulegen, fahre aber auch 70ccm mit costom zylinder. Nicht falsch verstehen aber auf 50ccm brauch man keine Racing Teile für 300 😊

Yes that could fit, but the engine is too weak, you have to mount a 70cc cylinder or the Variomatik will not open.

Es braucht immer eine Feineinstellung dann klappt es noch.
