You take Clark road to get there? That road is horrible!

This one is by the Industrial area by the Gary Airport. It's kind of hard to find but if you use google maps you should be able to.

I've always been curious about that. I'm not a big fan of eating fish that's why I catch and release. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Getting into fishing. What’s your lure suggestions?

I'm glad you're getting into fishing. When I first started I was throwing a 5 inch sinko stick bait on a 4/0 or 3/0 offset hook (I learn that from my big brother). That always produced for me. But now I throw 3/0 or 4/0 weedless jigs with trailers. I also love throwing the hellgermite on a 3/0 offset hook. Those three lures have been excellent for me and have been extremely productive for me. Also fish them around cover, like Lily pads or tall grassy areas. Sometimes I fish them slow, other times I fish them fast. It really depends on what the fish want that day. Fish any type of structures as well. Fish like bass, hide in these types of areas to ambush prey. I also use Power Pro 15lb braided line which is strong enough to pull fish out of heavy cover. With all that said, I honestly believe that you have to try different things for yourself and find what really works for you. Good luck, and thank you for commenting.

I'm glad I was able to earn your subscription. It's SouthEast of the Gary Airport. By the industrial area. It's kinda hard to explain a little bit

Looks like the bass cant really grow that big From the size of that crappie in the last video they've probably over populated the lake and eating everything. Crappie can be a nuisance to the bass population because they're greedy

I usually catch and release. We have seen some sizable largemouth cruising but they weren't really interested in our lures. Maybe this year we'll get one.
