Great job , making these video’s subjects into mini series , you do a excellent job of explaining on the how to and the tasks at hand , very valuable info ..!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌👍👍👍
Had it for a few weeks now. Loving it. Has a GSXR 600 back in the early 2000s. Bought a brand new 2022 ktm rc390. Love it. Glad to be back in the saddle. Won’t be doing much to it besides maintenance since it has a 5 year no limit mileage warranty but it’s nice to know there are outlets like your channel to give knowledge to people.
@@MotoMedic that rod was barely sticking out , it could of possibly had a few hundred thousand miles left on her ...???? 🤷🏻♂️ not ...., but really thx 🙏 for sharing
@@MotoMedic i think I spun a bearing on my motor. So I was wondering if you knew a website that might have parts to rebuild a 2006-07 Gsxr 600? Thanks man!
If you're using the service manual you'll notice there is a special tool needed for the engine alignment. In a couple of the spots the engine mounting bolts go through the frame they have an alignment castle nut.

Looking for the updates
Rags on the intake ports? Brother I think you have bigger fish to fry, if you know what I mean. Good luck with the build.
Yeah.... Rags cover the intake ports so stuff doesn't get down there. Done it 25 years. Still successful.
This engine went to the bin BTW.
I just woke up the other day and have become obsessed with working on motorcycles. Thanks for feeding my new obsession.
My pleasure! It's a bit addictive once you really start getting into it.
I wanna see what you did with the engine !!
Right now it's all in parts on a shelf and in bins. Except the engine case... That's in my trash pile out back 😂

@@williamrodriguez1259 you can look up factory parts lists on www.partzilla.com and order parts from there. That's where I typically start.
Ok cool I’ll check it out! Good luck with your build. 😎
