    I really recommend young women to take a CNA class. I cared for my aging Grandparents and sure wish I had training. It's something we're going to have our daughter do not for her to use in the workforce but for her future family. Also, developing skills like soap making or baking and selling at local markets is a great way for a young woman to meet someone and to make income and again those skills can be used within her home economy once that time comes. I enjoy these videos please keep them coming.

    You guys say what SO many of us are already thinking and doing. My daughter will be 18 this fall and she read Charlie Kirk's book "The College Scam" and didn't need any further convincing after those statistics! That, and, Scripture is so clear that women should be focused on their homes. I'm so sad that even other Christian "influencers" (of which are homeschooling, homesteading, homemaking mamas) are telling women that it's just what THEY have chosen, but they wouldn't judge if other women didn't stay at home, calling being at home "legalism". You guys are on point and the Holy Spirit speaks through you! Love the You Tube channel. Please pray about writing a book to organize all of this wonderful information. It would be a blessing to so many! God bless!

    Another great video. I wish you guys could create a course/courses for teens. As a middle-aged parent, you guys speak about all of the things I wish I could've heard when I was a teen. Now, I might just quote you to my kids. 😉

    This is the mindset I wish my parents and I had before I went to college 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
    From my experience, the culture shock of going to college changed me for the worse but praise God for redeeming situations. God did surround me with very healthy people that I should not have taken for granted. The cultural pressures still took my attention and I wasn’t strong enough. I love that you gave advice on what to do instead and examples of where to meet potential husbands. Thanks for these videos!

    I have 2 daughters and this is wonderful advice, I’m homeschooling my eldest and my youngest is a year old but will continue to homeschool, public education is only getting worse. I do want my eldest to have a practical career if she’s still single while still living with us. She’s only 7 but already sees as getting married and becoming a mom as normal and good even looks forward to it when she grows up…❤ I pray for a godly man who is able to care for her…
    She loves science specifically plants 🌱 maybe she could be a future homesteader run a business with her future husband? Or have a home nursery and sell them locally when they’re seedlings idk the options are endless. Secular view is so narrow minded….

    Great advice as usual! Here are a couple things that I've seen the past few years: etiquette and manners courses and a gap year experience after high school could be an option for young ladies. I've also seen a couple videos recently where American women went to Italy and found husbands.

    • @ScottandKelli
      @ScottandKelli  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Oooo I like the etiquette and manners courses, I've never heard of this but can totally see how useful that would be!

    • @10024westsidenyc
      @10024westsidenyc ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ScottandKelli yeah, the etiquette and manner courses are super old school actually but they are coming back. Or maybe they never actually went away but just became unpopular as things got more influenced by non-traditional elements in our society. I think it might also have been something that wealthy people sent their daughters to. And back then, I believe a lot of them were called finishing schools where girls would go to learn proper manners and how to carry themselves. We have an old etiquette book from like the 50s or 60s too.

      What’s the point of women not getting an education and going to university and becoming wives and mothers, if their children then need to do etiquette and manners courses? Surely the parents are teaching that at home? And these American women who found husbands in Italy, where did they learn to speak Italian? University? No, they just expect everyone to speak English!

    I would love to have a feminine job until I find my husband and am able to be a helper wife, however they don’t pay as much as an engineering career which allows me to own my own home and pay all my bills and necessities, cover costs for feminine dresses and makeup and nails and hair, hobbies for self improvement like dancing and climbing and self defense. It’s just limiting to not make good money in this economy as a single woman trying to be feminine.
