      Hi there, thank you for your question! If you tried the steps in the video I would recommend disabling fast boot which is located in the advanced settings and under the boot tab in your Bios if that doesn't work I would make sure everything is correctly plugged into your computer then try using a bootable USB drive to enter into windows and see if you can use the windows repair tool to repair your computer.

    Mine is unusual. Boots you see the bios then it goes into loading with a circular progress screen then it freezes. But what is unusual is if I put a Windows install USB drive in it boots to windows. Have you seen this before? I have reloaded the latest bios, but the issue remains. I've done SFC scan and DIM restore both show no issues.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Id recommend checking your boot order in your bios and make sure you have the correct drive selected then scan your drive to make sure there aren't any issues with the drive itself and make sure your windows is correctly installed.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend trying a third-party boot repair tools like EaseUS Partition. This will allow you to create a bootable USB on another computer, which you can then use to repair the MBR. After creating the bootable media, ensure your laptop's BIOS is set to boot from USB. Once booted into the tool's environment, use the MBR repair option to hopefully resolve the issue.

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend first trying to perform a power cycle: shut down the PC, unplug it, hold the power button for 10-15 seconds, then plug it back in and restart. Try entering BIOS by pressing the DEL key and ensuring the correct boot device is selected. If BIOS isn't accessible, reset the CMOS by briefly removing the motherboard battery or using the reset jumper. You can also attempt to boot into Safe Mode by interrupting the startup process three times, which will trigger Startup Repair options. Check for potential overheating issues caused by the crash, ensuring the cooling system is functioning and that components like the CPU or GPU are securely seated. Lastly, disconnect unnecessary external devices and try rebooting.

    I swapped out a HDD out of a laptop, and now with either HDD in, the laptop only goes into the UEFI. Acer Aspire Aspire ES1-523. The boot order starts with Windows boot manager, then the HDD, then other things like USB boot and Network boot. I think that the BIOS may have been downgraded when I first swapped out the HDD. Can you please help?

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Hi there, thank you for your question! I would recommend checking if the boot mode is set to UEFI or Legacy in the UEFI settings and switch modes depending on your HDD partition type. Ensure the HDD is recognized in the UEFI, and if not, check the SATA connection or test the drive on another system. You may also need to rebuild the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) by booting from a Windows installation USB, using the "Repair your computer" option, and running commands like bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot, bootrec /scanos, and bootrec /rebuildbcd in Command Prompt. If the BIOS was downgraded, download and install the latest version from Acer's support website using a USB drive.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! First, turn off the PC, check that the SSD's power and data cables are securely connected, and try a different SATA port or re-seat the SSD. Enter the BIOS and ensure the SSD is the primary boot device, check that UEFI or Legacy mode is set correctly. I would recommend creating a bootable USB drive and using that to launch into windows so you can further scan your SSD for any issues.

    my PC randomly started telling me the operating system was not found, and i wasnt able to access BIOS. i replaced the battery on my motherboard and it still didnt work until i oddly enough plugged my old keyboard in, hit F1 and it worked. but now, everytime i start up my pc, it goes straight to BIOS. i dont see a boot order, hard drive information, nothing like that. my only options are “boot configuration”; CSM, or secure boot. im pretty sure my hard drive is damaged or corrupted but im not sure

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi there, thank you for your question! The issue could stem from your hard drive or other underlying problems since your PC started showing an "operating system not found" error, and the BIOS initially wasn’t accessible. First ensure that CSM is enabled and Secure Boot is disabled in BIOS, check the hard drive's connections, try different SATA ports, test the hard drive on another system, or use a bootable USB drive with diagnostic tools. Additionally, listen for unusual noises from the hard drive, which could indicate physical damage, and consider updating the BIOS if available. If the hard drive is damaged or corrupted, replacing it or using a data recovery service may be necessary.

      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Start by performing a force shutdown by holding the power button for 10-15 seconds. If that doesn't work, disconnect the power adapter and, if possible, remove the battery, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds before reconnecting and powering on. Ensure no external devices are connected as they can interfere with the BIOS. If your laptop has a BIOS/UEFI reset option, use it to restore default settings. If you manage to get past the BIOS, try accessing recovery options. Also, check that internal components like RAM and drives are properly seated.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Start by trying to power cycle your pc by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, unplugging the power, and discharging residual power by pressing the power button for 15-30 seconds before reconnecting. Ensure your keyboard is properly connected, or try a wired one. Disconnect external devices and try booting with just the essentials connected. If that fails, reset the CMOS by removing the coin-shaped battery on the motherboard for five minutes, then reseating it. Additionally, reseat internal components like RAM and GPU. Try different BIOS keys (Esc, Del, F1, F2, etc.), check for stuck keys, and ensure no new hardware is causing the issue. You can also use your motherboard's BIOS recovery feature if available. Otherwise I recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.

      Hi there, thank you for your question! What error message did you receive? I would recommend trying to download Windows onto a USB drive trying to enter Windows through that and running a startup repair. Sometimes RAM not being incorrectly can cause this booting issue, so I recommend making sure all the RAM sticks are properly seated or try restarting using 1 RAM stick. I would also recommend try turning off secure boot on the device.

      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question! Can you provide me with some more information when did it start happening can you think of anything that might have caused it? You can start by checking the boot order to ensure your boot device is prioritized correctly, then press F10 to save and exit. If that doesn't work, try resetting BIOS settings to default, check internal connections, disconnect unnecessary external devices, and consider updating the BIOS. If you've recently installed new hardware, remove it to rule out conflicts. As a last resort, clear the CMOS by removing the battery or using the jumper to reset BIOS settings.

    Hello! My pc started getting stuck in mobo screen a few weeks ago, which could be fixed by manually resetting. But after, when i got into the system, it started crashing with the CRITICAL_PROCESS_FAILED error. I reinstalled windows from the repair mode, and it got fixed, but a couple days later it started happening again. Checked the hdd and ram too and they are not the problem. Help??

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware
      @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question! This issue error suggests that it could be a deeper system issues. Since you've ruled out the HDD and RAM, it could be due to corrupt system files, driver issues, motherboard problems, or a faulty power supply. Try running sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair system files, and check Device Manager for faulty drivers. Also, ensure internal components and cables are properly seated, and consider testing your power supply. Recently installed software or updates could also be causing conflicts, so rolling back to a restore point might help. If these steps don't work, I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.

    • @RecoveritDataRecoverySoftware

      Hi there, thank you for your question! It could be because your computer is not detecting the boot device properly, try entering the BIOS and ensure the correct hard drive is set as the first boot device. You can also try disabling Fast Boot and enabling UEFI mode or toggling CSM if needed. Resetting BIOS settings to default might help as well. It's also a good idea to check the health of your SSD using diagnostic tools and verify that it's properly connected to the motherboard. Lastly, consider updating your BIOS/UEFI to the latest version, as this could resolve boot issues.
