Building a CUSTOM Rear Bumper from Scratch on a 3rd Gen 4Runner - Clapped out 4Runner Series

We dinged up the rear a bit on the Hollister trip so I knew a rear bumper was in order. I didn't realize HOW necessary it really was!! I also build a skid plate for the front to protect the radiator.

Nope. This is it’s final IFS form. I’ll tinker with gadgets like inverter and batteries and lighting for a while and build out the inside, but it’s getting tons and 40/42s next

Maybe some more tube gussets to limit the flexing into the body? Gotta be a way to make the bumper more rigid.. other than that the build looks great.
