you said that you didnt think that you would need one for the cart tractor, but i think it would be a great idea to have it. From vids i have seen you can set them up where the combine and the cart talk to each other , you can share guidance lines, hands free driving while unloading from the combine, the cart driver can see how full they are. plus being able to see them on the map to know where they are in the field.
Yeah it’s all do able. But it’s expensive and frankly not really needed. The only thing that we would want to maybe do with the grain cart is create a map of where it drive and how heavy it was
The only thing i do not like about running climate and johndeere operations is that they will never read yield the same. One system vs the other will always be off in recording yield data.
@@6thGenFarmer Agree, mine was anywhere from 5 to 10 bushel off. Maybe that's not a big deal, but when comparing hybrids i would like them to read the same.
*It's amazing how much technology improves EVERYTHING!*
Started to really utilize JD Operations Center this year on all of our equipment, and it has been great. Field analyzer is a nifty tool.

Great tech video, keep it up!
Let’s go more videos
And John deere and IRS can see real-time what you are doing.
I mean if you do any mapping at all with any brand they can. If the irs wants to know when I v-rip a field, all the power to them I guess

You running a puck or a 20/20 monitor?
@@6thGenFarmer Puck, i called Climate and they agreed they will always be off
I’ll have to see what mine does this year… you wouldn’t think they would be off since they are reading from the same source
