We speak a lot with my dad about cameras for row cultivating. But now we kind of have a chance to get an rtk upgrade, because I definitely don't want to hand drive in 50 cm(~20inc) soybean and canola. But man, this kind of stuff is so damn expensive.
Don’t pull that ripper with that tractor. It could damage the transmission since IVT is basically an automatic transmission. Our neighbor did that and had to get the transmission rebuilt
That’s why we are not putting it on the grain cart. This tranny has had the pip done to it and I’ve been told by many mechanics that the ivt transmissions are pretty tough unless pulling heavy loads at high speeds
We run an ivt on our farm with everything from shredding to tillage and have had no major issues with it. Had it on both a 8130 and now a 8235r and would like to keep it any time we get a tractor that can run it.
They had emissions. Egr . Actually crammed more junk back through the engine than current tier four engines because they had to to stay compliant until adding def and dpf. Egr is worse than dpf and def.

Also most of the tranny issues were in 8360 and up, very few 8345 and lower
