How to Clean between Glass on a Whirlpool Oven Door

I should have watched this video before cleaning the glass on my oven door, because I think I broke the little plastic rods when I unscrewed the door. Unfortunately, I didn't put a shim underneath. I don't know how to fix them...😟

There are other pair glasses inside of the whirlpool oven door. And I see the burned oil or fat flows there. How to disassemble, clean and assemble again this pair of glasses?
