Your content is very good. We can get a checklist anywhere. I like hearing your thought process behind the choices. It always helpful to have different points of view. Not everyone will think of the same things.
oh my god no one else shows what to take out for the side deck, thank you so much. that earned you the like and sub. also the mulligan guide is amazing. doing great things, keep it up
I think you make the best SWU content out there, especially for competitive minded players. I really liked your new method to talk about the side board and matchups. That was Great!
Your channel is a success because you do an excellent job of explaining how to use the cards. Also giving good advice how to think about the cards interacting with each other.
Honnêtement tu le mérites amplement. Ce n’est pas qu’une question de popularité du jeu. Tu nous proposes des builds originaux qui sont tes builds après analyse du meta. Bref au top continu comme cela
I concur that your content is very good. You really help me understand some of the synergy nuances that I would otherwise miss. I really enjoying these off meta deck list analysis.
First of all, let me start by saying thank you - I've never been invested in TCGs, just dipped a little and I wanted to dive into this game a lot deeper. Your deck techs are hands down the best ones out there. I love explaining cards, matchups, sideboarding. Even if I don't play the deck, I still watch your videos because they help me to be a better player. And to the deck experience itself - I took this deck to my locals yesterday, went 3-1, 1st place. Lost to Boba (2:1) and the one game I won was due to sideboard - make an opening was fantastic vs. 3/2 spaceships with a shield. Escort Skiff vs. Aggro still wasn't a card I wanted to play, although I understand the reasoning. I decided not to swap Lightsabers and it turned out to be a good call as I got to put it on battlefield marine and swing twice as we were practically racing. MVP vs. aggro were: 1) ECL starviper vs. their red ship with raid 2 while having an initiative. I am pretty sure it was a game-deciding play. 2) Deploying 4/3 sentinel from Alliance Dispatcher and shielding him with Luke's ability - this is so nasty that it stops aggro in their tracks right away and forces them to have an answer immediately. There were couple of mistakes from both sides, but overall it turned out that this deck could go more aggressively than I expected. Also played vs. Chirrut red and I felt like I had answers to nearly everything with shield, removal, and sentinels. Overall, really great experience playing with this deck, very fun as well. Thanks again!
Please don't say your content is not particularly good :) It's the best decktech review at the moment. And I would like to give a shoult out to your marking with colors cards that are supossed to be changed during sideboarding against particular archetypes. Something that is commonly not really discussed deeply on other channels. Please keep doing this fantastic content!
Thorrk! Love your channel! Be confident, don't be surprised! I always looked forward to your reviews of cards as they began to release! I look forward to seeing more deck tech videos and reviews of cards on your channel! As a competitive player, this helps to be able to see a wide range of decks and which to add to the meta gauntlet! Congrats and keep it going!
Nah bro, this is not an achievement of the gmae, this is your achievement. Your content is good and I know you'll be always improving. keep up with the good work and congrats on the 1k subs.
Took this 5-3 at the big Twickenham event btw. So thanks for the deck deck. Losses were to a Vader who I smashed game one but got all the good stuff in 2!+3 and 2 boba who just blew me out of the water. Both rounds finished 2-0 after 15 minutes when I just crumbled on turn 5.
You are the BEST so far! Greetings from Fan Number 1 from Spain! By the way, great decktech. I would suggest Adding more x1 green drops like Organa, maybe 2 copies would be the right choice. It psynergies with most of your cards and also with overall board presence strategy!
Thanks for the great explanations. I am very new to TCG and first i did not know how to put cards in my deck or how they are played in combinations. I will stick to your channel and hope I will learn and master this game… maybe… 😂
Love seeing this here. I have almost the exact same deck built right now (minus the cards I don’t own). So it’s amazing hearing someone talk about the small details of this card over there. In the Begening of the video you said there were two major flaws with the deck? Making it B tier and not A tier. But I didn’t catch the issues were? What stops this deck from being A tier?
@@Thorrk_THTright you did talk about that! Thanks for reminding me! I really love the way you talked about your sideboard. The graphic was so helpful to understand what’s good and what’s bad and why. Your thumbnails are great. You explain all your choices. Killing it!
Steadfast battalion is great when it comes out at the same time as your leader on turn 4, so you can ambush it as a 7/7 to snipe the enemy leader (boba, krennic, luke), but if your leader comes on turn 5, then this isn't as good anymore and in my opinion not worth it.
@@Thorrk_THT that makes sense yes, I was deciding whether I wanted to side one or not, but Luke coming out one turn later than Boba is just really annoying in that regard. I've also really been enjoying Strike True and Fleet Lieutenant
Governor is good but not in every MU so we have it in the side. I also love traitorous, for this deck I wanted to maximize the number of unit for U-wing and displacer, but this could be wrong.
Fleet Lieutenant can totally be played in this deck, but I decided to go for a more control approach and fleet lieutenant is a bit more aggro oriented (in general).
been running fleets lately , really helps close out iden matchup , surprise kill boba leaders and generally make your weaker units like mon trade up, its a must for me now
Hello, thanks for your deck explanation! I used it today on weekly play and I lost vs Iden and Palpatine. Obviously is not deck fault, I don't know how to play it especially against control. Could you give me some tips? Thanks and good content.
Palpatine is tough match up but luckly it's not very commonly played. Be careful to not give an easy unit for Palp to steal (shield helps a lot with that) Iden is a fine match up you should be doing ok there. Be careful with superlaser blast, use takedown to one shot her when she comes out. and play around power of the dark side by having smaller weaker unit to defeat instead of your big ones.
I love the deck and the analysis but I'm a little confused about Redemption. Specifically, why only two in the main deck? You have the third one in your sideboard but you have it on your list of stuff to cycle in versus Boba, Control, and Aggro. If you are going to bring in the third Redemption against any of the three big deck archtypes, why not just run it in the main deck?
Excellent observation, I asked myself the question when I was making the sideboard plan, Yes I sideboard redemption in in a lot of MU but I always take out something different to make space for it. When I thought of what I would take out to make space for the third in the main, I realized there was nothing I could take out that would orient the deck in the way I like, so I decided against it.
You mentioned that you think the best version of most leaders use ECL/Green, but what about leaders that are already Command? Leia, Hera, Tarkin, Emperor.. do you think double green utilizing ECL is a better option?
Double green is very bad in Spark of Rebellion, so with those leaders, ECL is not justified. That's a big factor that makes the leaders you mentioned less powerful than they seem at first. I will share on my channel what I believe is the best build for each of those leaders.
@@Thorrk_THT I’m really interested to see what you put together! I have a Leia Aggression deck that I’m hoping will make people re-think calling her ‘Discount Sabine’. I’ve also got a Hera Aggression build I really like.
Hey man, thanks! No Yoda too? Thats pretty unusual! And I had very good results with 2 copies of the force is with me, what are your thoughts on this card?
I think he is the best force enabler, but since we don't play any force synergy the card is not that great. My main problem with Yoda is that he is awful against Boba.
I cannot beat the Leia Red everyone has started playing. I know you said this is a favorable matchup against aggro, but I cannot get to mid-late game to use anything.
Typically this deck will have a better time against Sabine than leia , because it has a lot of heal, which is great against sabine's direct damage. Against Leia things can be a bit tricky because you don't play that many removal and keeping the baord clean is very important vs leia. But I still think it should be a favorable MU, espcially after sideboard the skiff are super helpful!
@@Thorrk_THT Keeping her board clear is so tough. Maybe a strike true and some Fleet LT. I feel that Make an Opening isn’t strong enough because she doesn’t have a lot of 2s, but I may be wrong.
Normally one, but you want to see it as often as possible and that's why we play 3. Two can be fine if the early game is particularly passive (which can happen a lot against control.)

You have opened my eyes to a Luke Green deck.
What are your thoughts on the strike true card?
I think it's a good choice especially against aggro, but I felt like I had enough already.
Great video! I predict that Luke is going to start climbing in price once people start realizing how powerful he is!
He is powerful but he is relatively poorly positioned in the meta at the moment, so we will see.
Great Work, as allways! Where do you get these nice Hero artworks? Greetings from Germany!
Thanks, I use midjourney to generate art.
