Thank you for having me in this video! I did the best that I could ! I hope I can inspire people to go above and beyond and seek self improvement ! Doing this at 6k elevation was challenging and not easy ! Thank you for the positive support ! I’m glad I’m able to inspire you guys in a positive way 💕
Ariana is one tough Marine. Outstanding results. Everything impressive. On the run, her lap times were all close. Beast. She never slowed down. Much respect to her and the Marines.
Yes!!! Also I can run 3 miles at 18:30 my best time for 4 miles was 17:47 ! I got a running program I teach the people I train 😄 if anyone is interested I can help
That elevation ain’t a joke. But she STILL performed to perfection. I simply can’t imagine how she would do in a comfortable environment. She would have exceeded expectations drastically. That is someone that I’m proud is serving to protect us.

The space force has the airforce PT standards. Which is one of the easiest one in the entire military. That female Marine just put the entire airforce and space force on notice. Male Marines in my days were held at 20 pill ups 100 sit upstairs in 2 min and 3 mile run with 6 minutes mile held you at a perfect score. Which is 18 min for 3 miles. I had a Colonel that did tge entire PT test in 18 min. That guys was crazy in shape
She's a complete beast and amazing to earn up some $$ for Josh after that accident (he's looking yoked still, so recovery looksike it's going ok),good people all around!!!
I’m about to join the military in my nation and I’ve been training hard for the BFT test but this right here is something way out of my league for now! I would love to have this training course downloadable. Thanks guys!
I live in Florida with 0 elevation and to run only a mile takes me like 15 minutes (yeah I'm slow lol). What Ariana did is really impressive, she really killed it out there.
You can get better! Before I left for navy bootcamp, I ran a mile and a half in 17:35. I trained for 10 weeks and cut it down to 14:20. You just have to be consistent and dedicate yourself and you will get faster :) I’m also like 4’6 so I took so many steps while running haha
Not only is this video motivation to stay active but it's also moving what you did for Josh! It's so amazing , this means so much to me watching this whole video, it really warmed my heart💙
Great to see you and Ari working together again. I just filmed a couple commercials with Veterans also from Tenet. Hope to work with you all again in the near future.
I went from being excited to watch her dominate the new Space Force Fitness Test at 6000 ft😯, to being overjoyed seeing Austen surprise Josh. To infinity and beyond!🥇
God damn! Now that was a an amazing show of skill for SSG and showing her prowess as a Marine NCO. Truly inspiring! My current NCOs keep me motivated and also are great with pt and help improve each and every one of us. I loved seeing her motivation and seeing her just crush those events at 6k elevation which is just insane without any prep in that elevation level.
Dang she is in amazing shape. I recently did an agility test at normal altitude and could only get the 1.5 mile run in 11 minutes. Sheesh her pace at that altitude is just something else.
well, first of all that lady was amazingly fit , she ran that run she didn't just jog around that she actually ran it , thats amazing and what u guys did for that gentleman also amazing
Wow!!! She’s amazing!!!!!!! My fastest 1.5 mile was 9:30 back when I was 21-23. That’s just wow. Impressive af. I remember throwing up after a pft back in the day. So, kudos to her!
That's pretty wicked for not training at elevation before. I went up to 5,000 feet from sea level for 6 months and was down with altitude sickness for the first month.
Y’all are amazing thank you for sharing this and thank you for always inspiring us to be better. Y’all did a wonderful job making this video. Keep up the good work and never give up you guys got this 😁
You are awesome man. As a disabled Army Veteran I love watching your videos. At my best before I ever got injured I could run a 9:04 at the Weisbaden Army Airfield in Germany. After my injuries I completed the 2 mile walk in 20 flat on my last PT test before I was medicalled out. Keep the great videos coming and doing the great things you do. God speed and blessing to you. Wow, this really inspired me to go sporting again after my injury. This video was awesome and my god Ariana was a beast in that test and it was with elevation too. Insane athlete !!!
Ariana is a machine! I couldn't do that on a good day let alone at elevation. Much respect to her. I seriously need to do more in my own routines to have that kind of capacity.
My husband and I just started watching and it is motivating us to work out n get in better shape. (We have a shape now, round 😆) we use to be fit but pandemic messed us up. Thanks for videos...
Wish I could be in one of your challenges, it would be great for my fitness page and my debut. But for the guy who was in a wreck, Thank God your ok man
Some will chuckle at this. I went through the USMC boot camp in the fall of 1983 in San Diego at sea level. My MEPS was at El Paso, TX, around 1500 ft elevation. Now add onto that, the far more severe heat and that I went through the scouting program backpacking in the mountain ranges as a teenager. I got to San Diego very relaxed and well rested. I never broke a sweat during the field week. I was in an ambulance with a IV in me as my DIs thought I was in a medical condition. They didn't know I was not yet taxed with their light packs and walk through the gentle hills. My brief rest on a litter and in the shade of an ambulance came to an abrupt end really quick. They could only shake their heads because I was not falling behind.
Thank you your service sir, I am one who would chuckle at this because I am a Marine (hollywood) who trains at altitude, While no laughing matter, I know i could knock out this Pt test with absolute ease and would like to see how the space force adapts to the results they get in future years, i can do well over 45 pushups, around 75 crunches in a minute, and i do love to run. I'll have to attempt an offical one some time 😁
1. She didn’t even have time to acclimate to the elevation. 2. She has better form than most people I know that take the same test. 3. She got a better run time than 90% of men I know in the Space Force/ Air Force. She’s a f’n beast
Ok, she had perfect push-up form, hit the sit-ups, but most impressively she ran at 6 min mile pace for 1.5 miles AFTER a shuttle run at elevation. An absolute queen.
She is harder and tougher than me. I'm 6ft 80 kilos. I would never test her. I know my limits. Hardcore respect. I couldn't test myself v that lady. I'm not stupid.
Excellent form on the pushups. 45 needed to max though? Damn I needed that just to pass w/ bare minimum in the Army as a male lol. Situps were only halfway up but 62 was better. The 1.5mile run was really good though, just over 6 minute mile pace is fast as hell. Good goin marine!
