Sana magkaroon ng s.o.p. na hindi na nakikipag talo yung enforcers. After 1 minute kung ayaw ibigay license at magcomply, tumawag agad ng pulis at kahit magcomply pa, too bad it is too late, posasan at ikulong na.
Kung may reklamo yung nahuli dun na sa opisina ng enforcer umapila then pag napatunayan na mali nga yung paghuli ng enforcer, dapat mabigat yung penalties at fines sa kanya

Question here, the barriers and signs were removed on the stretch between ayala tunnel and magallanes southbound. Can private cars use the bus lane there?
Private vehicles cannot use the busway at any given time either there are barriers and signs or not Sir, as GA always say.

65 % of vehicles are unregistered according to the LTO in January this year. How are cameras going to deal with them?
There is already a decision by supreme court to temporarily suspend apprehension thru NCAP. As to LTO plan to use it and show cause to motorists it will still be an illegal show cause order..

The guy thinking, well, not really thinking, but pontificating there should be some sort of "exemption" because of traffic demonstrates the stupidity and ignorance of some motorists! And if there were no back tags, the bike should have been confiscated and impounded and him to walk away with ticket in hand to figure out what to do next. Too much mercy is given here. Never in the U.S., he'd be sitting in some local jail waiting for traffic court.

Why is failure to carry ORCR just a ticket? Isn't that proof of ownership of the car? Didn't they used to impound if no ORCR?
Argument will led no where. Issue the citation ticket. If he refuse to surrender their driving license, OR CR, then impound the vehicle.

The P5K penalty is not a deterrent to these hardcore violators. Immediate jail time is the key.
