Because even 30 seconds wasted in moving his motorcycle, could make a HUGE difference to how many houses are burned down. I hope he could have consideration for everyone that could be affected by parking in front of a fire hydrant.

I'm retired US military and every now and then I need to go to Manila for VA appointments or for the Embasy and I have a vehicle BUT traffic and roads in that city are so bad that I just chose to take a bus to the city and then use public transportation while I am there.

I always curious how they tow the cars that are in "Parked" gear and with hand brake, because in other countries they will put assist wheels underneath the car wheels, otherwise from what I have seen in many of your videos, they either damage the gear box or the hand brake
If I'm not mistaken, there are some who gets attached to a tow bar, lifting either front or back. Some gets entirely pulled onto a flat bed, getting dragged onto it. But its not too significant compared to getting dragged entirely with parked gear and brake both engaged.

Travelers on EDSA won't go on alternate road. WHY because majority of them might be living NORTH or SOUTH of NCR. They park for convenience. They travel for convenience. They use their vehicles for convenience. But the traffic authorities and rules are just inconvenient and not empathetic enough by imposing the law. If those drivers were to commute instead, what is the use of their bought vehicles where their destination has no direct access by transport vehicles? If there are transport vehicles that can go directly through there like taxis and grab vehicles, they would pay a heft sum everyday. They are on a tight budget for themselves by saving on parking and transport expenses. They can go anywhere with their vehicles too unlike in commuting. If parking is allowed in an area where it is too far from their destination, it is impractical to tire yourself to go to work everyday dressed in uniform or office clothing. If they have companions who rides with them everyday, it is inconvenient for them as well. Also, who would want their vehicles out of sight from them and has to walk meters back and forth just to check or get something from their parked vehicles? Some buildings and stores that have customers going to has no parking spaces available or made and that is inconvenient to those who travel in vehicles with the traffic authorities and rules in mind. However in a proper gear setup during a ride on motorcycles and bicycles, it should be mandatory to be worn all the time and being near to your place is not an excuse to exchange a possible accident that can happen without proper gears equipped.

In UK if you see 2 yellow lines on the road just beside the pavement it means no parking. Just a suggestion for the Philippine Government and there is a round the clock for enforcer going around to give tickets. Car is mandatory to put under their names when they buy it for personal use so they can receive the mail by post for further actions.

We need clearing operations on provinces too, LGU here sucks and would not mind if a 4 lane highway became either 2 lane parking or extension of someones home

@naimas8120 MMDA stands for Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. Thus, it cannot expand its Authority over other provinces. You can ask your LGU take care of it

Being "poor" shouldn't be used as an excuse not follow the law. Hindi naman komplikado yung batas na ginawa para sa kaligtasan at kaaalwanan ng karamihan ng mga Pilipino, mayaman o mahirap. Bakit sa lugar kung saan maraming "mahirap" ang tini-tekitan? Eh nanduon yung maraming violators. Wag kang mag violate para hindi ka ma issue-an ng tiket o ma-impound ang sasakyan mo.
Ang hilig kasi makipag argue ang apprehending officers. Dapat just issue corresponding ticket according to each violations that's it.

Travelers on EDSA won't go on alternate road. WHY because majority of them might be living NORTH or SOUTH of NCR. It's basically the same thing if you go to alternative road you will end up again in EDSA or in similar major highway like Commonwealth............That's why EDSA will never had rest day except on HOLIDAYS...

D2 sa savemore shop n ride meron mga rider ipapark kanilang motor sa entrada ng motorcycle parking walang pakialam sa lalabas o papasok sa parking. Ilang beses me naabutaan ang hirap ilabas motor.
if LGU enforcers are doing their job properly, MMDA don't have to do this. Everything will be much smoother, simpler and traffic will be easier.
They park for convenience. They travel for convenience. They use their vehicles for convenience. But the traffic authorities and rules are just inconvenient and not empathetic enough by imposing the law. If those drivers were to commute instead, what is the use of their bought vehicles where their destination has no direct access by transport vehicles? If there are transport vehicles that can go directly through there like taxis and grab vehicles, they would pay a heft sum everyday. They are on a tight budget for themselves by saving on parking and transport expenses. They can go anywhere with their vehicles too unlike in commuting. If parking is allowed in an area where it is too far from their destination, it is impractical to tire yourself to go to work everyday dressed in uniform or office clothing. If they have companions who rides with them everyday, it is inconvenient for them as well. Also, who would want their vehicles out of sight from them and has to walk meters back and forth just to check or get something from their parked vehicles? Some buildings and stores that have customers going to has no parking spaces available or made and that is inconvenient to those who travel in vehicles with the traffic authorities and rules in mind. However in a proper gear setup during a ride on motorcycles and bicycles, it should be mandatory to be worn all the time and being near to your place is not an excuse to exchange a possible accident that can happen without proper gears equipped.

MMDA dont need to explain if they're only operating when there's a complain. What the accuser should do is file a complaint and prove his/her allegation.

In UK if you see 2 yellow lines on the road just beside the pavement it means no parking. Just a suggestion for the Philippine Government and there is a round the clock for enforcer going around to give tickets. Car is mandatory to put under their names when they buy it for personal use so they can receive the mail by post for further actions.

If they are not wearing helmet and/or a proper attire for driving a motrocycle, why they let them drive and leave after giving a ticket? That defeats the purpose isnt? If they get into an accident and get injured or died the authourity who apprehended them and let the drive away can surely have responsibility with that.
