    Look carefully at 4:07 There are three tunneling markers placed at the edge of the grass, but this time at the other side of the highway.

    0:53. Southend, south. Level 1 inside. Grade being raised. Almost to the top of the column pedestals, deeper inside to the east. Floor will be elevated about 4’ to 5' 1.2m to 1.5m compared to the existing factory.
    1:22. Southend. Roof. Fire separation walls constructed through the valley.
    1:39. Southend. New structure. Backfilling between the footings. Estimated column row spacing is about 10.9m 36’. Length of structure estimated to be 73m 240’.
    Right. River road extension. Conduits laid in the trench. Might be purple pipe in the next trench east. Small green remote controlled roller compactor.
    3:13. North-south road. Bottom left. New median crossing being constructed.
    3:27. Southend, east. One column bay short of closing the gap.
    3:30. Southend, inside. The location of the retaining wall a column bay south of the column pedestals suggests a change of plans for the extent of the raised Level 1 floor.
    3:39. Southend, roof. Fire separation walls being constructed in the centre valley.
    Big yellow crane still at it.
    4:49. Westside. Tunnel Project. View of the new transformer powering the tunnel project.
    6:45. New EOL east. Must be some easy way for drivers to find the correct vehicle. Maybe an app on their phone that directs them to the vehicle. A flash of the indicators as they approach.
    10:10. Westside, storage. Bottom left. New temporary structure.
    10:47. Tesla Road, north. Far right. Square excavation for vaults. Likely for the new ductbanks to dog-leg east. Will need to cross the existing ductbanks. Guessing under.
    11:04. Temporary Switchyard location. Bottom. Seem to have uncovered a bundle of old cable. Something jumbled up in the trench. Would be around the location of the ductbank from the Temporary Switchyard.
    11:49. Die Shop, south. Asphalt paving works completed on the southwest corner.
    12:20. Cathode, west. Loading platform removed.

      3:39 The crane boom on the big crane was reconfigured. The main boom was lengthened and a small jib was installed. They may have needed the big luffing jib that was on the crane on another job so they removed it and reconfigured.

      @0:53 If you look at the tunnels you will see there are reo starter bars coming out of the sides of the top. Finished floor level will be same as top of the tunnels

      @@Dwayne.Shea.231 0:53. That's it. Should be clear now that the external structure is a retaining wall, on top of the perimeter grade beam.
      Of interest is the retaining wall inside the east diagonal corner. Parallel to the exterior. There were rebar starters arranged in a line vertically on the wall of the east passage that might indicate an intersection for that parallel retaining wall. Seen in Joe's 12 April photo 74. Visible in his video of the same date if you squint through the window glare.
      Any thoughts on the new structure between the easements?

      @@DessieDoolan I am not convinced the new structure is for a gantry crane, but then again I don't have any idea what else it could be.

    Tesla might need to train their drivers better, can't keep the cars between the lines and banging a new cybertuck into the curbing. Nice. Hope that one isn't mine :(

      Months away. A month to complete the tunnel, then fit lighting, comms, drainage, fire sprinklers perhaps.

      13:13. 2 years ago there was a permit application for a 'North Inbound Logistics' project. Last I looked the status of that permit was 'Inactive'.
      Being used as storage for the last couple of years. A couple of months ago a large amount of the equipment stored there went to the recyclers.

    @ 2:51 Concrete poured more than halfway on the first floor and top deck. Guessing the floors in-between are also done with concrete pours.

    @ 3:00 (Bottom, by the trailer) Another switchgear cabinet placed. Looks like they need one more.
    South end:
    @ 3:29 Ongoing work to raise the grade to the tops of the column pedestals. Also @ 0:56
    @ 3:49 Continuing to erect steel over the tunnel alignment.
    Megapacks:
    @ 10:32 Caution tape remains up at the NW corner of the yards and the cabinet doors are open on the last transformer.
    Speculated new power supply to the factory:
    @ 10:47 (Right) You can just see the end of an excavation for duct-banks. This segment heads south towards Tesla road. Speculating that it will go all the way to the northside of casting.
    @ 11:01 and 11:08 Segment that connects to the Tesla Enclosure/Mega-vault.
    @ 11:25 If you look at Joe's video 9/11/23 at the 19: 37 timestamp, it shows 4 extra duct-banks coming out of the mega-vault for future expansion. So, far, they only used two of the extra duct-banks. Two more remain for additional future expansion!

    Has anyone tried counting the tunnel concrete linings? Flight didn't hover over them today. Once we know how fast the linings are declining in number that should provide a decent run rate of the tunnel machine. at 4:40 it looks about 8 linings are being readied to bring into the tunnel. Thinking that might be enough for a full wall of linings.

      I posted the below assessment of the progress so far yesterday.
      "We can roughly measure the advance by the rise of the lower white beam on the conveyor cassette. Each meter, or foot if you like, that the beam rises, the tunnel advances 26 x that distance. We can see from this that they have advanced around 20-25m in the last week. Looking back to the start the white beam has raised about 1.5 container height. let's say 13 ft, so x 26 for the cassette multiplier, = 328ft, or about 100m, 66 rings. That puts the TBM out to the rising embankment at the side of the highway. They have been excavating 5 days a week (not sure if they have a nightshift). 11 days production so far. So current production is 6 rings a day (9m), (30ft)."
      Maybe another 10m since then (The white beam has raised slightly higher)
      Probably puts the cutterhead now just into the highway if you scale the distance from Google maps.
      need to stop to install the backup soon (but I have been saying this for 3 days now and still not stopped).

      @@BTSloan70 I couldn't find a spot on the video to stop and count. The drone never got all the linings in the picture. I did find another video that did and have counted them.

      @@tunnellingsalisbury7605 To some extent you are right but getting a run rate of the liners being used gives you an estimated percentage completed. When the # of liners begins to get pretty low we'll know it's close to being finished.

    with those larger battery packs, How big is it? Can they install more Solar or something to fill it up or will the new out building get Solar too? Wish we had finish drawing of what it will look like sence this is stage 3 of the development

    Is it a good idea to pressure wash a car? Will all the seals hold up to that. I wouldn’t do it to my car.

      If you get a detailer to wash your car, that is what they use. Also, car dealers use the same. Good chance that all the cars you've owned have been washed this way at least once.

      It shouldn't be necessary in the first place. If there is an upheaval coming at Tesla, then they may as well appoint a Site Manager and -Staff to get things sorted properly. Designate well-defined production and dispatch areas that make practical sense and are closed off for construction work and -traffic, except under work permit. I'd rather see construction equipment being pressure washed prior to entering a clean and tidy production area. I know it won't be easy, but in my book you gotta start sometime and work things up from probably modest beginnings.

      There is pressure washing and then there is pressure washing. A couple hundred pounds per square inch of hot water? No big deal. 3000 PSI or more? Yeah, might not be the best idea.
